    Ingredients:
    -700g eggplant
    -150g Dry bread
    -100g Yellow mozzarella
    -50g Parmesan
    -1 Tomato
    -2 cloves Garlic
    -Salt ( to tasty )
    -1/4 tsp Pepper
    -Basil
    -1 Egg
    -2 tbsp Olive oil

    Thank you! For one eggplant I added:
    1 tomato
    1small onion
    1clove garlic
    A handful of wild mushrooms I’ve picked
    1 tiny spring onion
    A handful of macaroni
    Parmesan
    Parsley
    Cayenne pepper
    Cinnamon
    Allspice
    Somehow I didn’t think of eating the peel until I was done and so next time I’ll be eating Everything but the stalk! 😋

      Hola, esta receta funciona mejor en el horno, y las berenjenas se pueden cortar, salar y dejar 1-2 horas para que se calienten. Pronto haré unas berenjenas empanizadas buenísimas, que volverán a estar en el horno, pero también las puedes cocinar. en una sartén para hacer
