Videos of the campus protests, shared widely on TikTok, X and elsewhere, are spreading on social media and show the most visceral aspects of the demonstrations. Much like the war in the Middle East itself, the images can inform and inflame viewers - and serve as a reminder that in the modern age, videos spread on social media can shape public opinion.

I guess my question is why didn't Palestinians living in Gaza, knowing Hamas was constructing an elaborate tunnel system that I'm sure took months if not years to complete, not notify the IDF in order to preempt this situation?
One can be sure if a terrorist group entered Gaza and massacred as many civilians all hell would still be experienced
I think retribution by Israel could have been exercised more strategically, but as the saying goes, war is hell and all's fair, unfortunately for innocent people

America has been Pro Israel and sent money and weapons for 70 years but no changes in Apartheid practice and Palestinians are still being treated as second class citizens as if here black people were in 1970s. How about we change that for the first time? They can’t discriminate against Palestinians forever.
At least we say no that’s not right. People shouldn’t be marginalized and cordoned off and foods, electricity, medical supplies shouldn’t be cut off. I’m not saying Hamas civilians attack is legitimate , but treating like people as if animals for 70 years based on skin color of people and their religion is too harsh and enough is enough.
