- The ex-Manhattan college professor who threatened to “chop” up a Post reporter with a machete last year joined hundreds of protesters outside 1 Police Plaza on Wednesday in support of the anti-Israel rioters arrested overnight.
Shellyne Rodriguez, who last month was fired from a new teaching gig for anti-Israel screeds, wouldn't speak to a Post reporter when she was spotted outside the NYPD's headquarters in Lower Manhattan.
The CUNY Gaza Solidarity Encampment group had called on supporters to rally there in the wake of the mass arrests at Columbia and City College.

Her misdemeanor charge of menacing will be withdrawn after she completes six months of behavioral therapy. It's now over 6 months. She may already have a fresh new start

She made national news chasing a reporter down the street in broad daylight with a machete after being seen on camera intimidating students at the school she worked only to end up on camera with a group of troublemakers. The original video is of the guy and his cameraman showing up at her door to just ask questions, she told them to leave so they did. Then she comes out of the building with the machete and chases the guys cameraman around a few parked vehicles, also seen a video of her on her campus messing with a display setup on a table she did not agree with.
