Upgraded 325a and i couldn't be happier, owning bounties in luxury. Able to do box missions, cargo space, gun racks, logout and a sunroof..
Honestly the Gladius not looking "too fancy and modern" is one of my favorite things about it.
I think it is one of the best looking ships in the verse. If I wasn't limiting myself to 4 ships with only, one of them being "carrier fighters" I would be keeping it.
Got my gladius for free for referrals, most flown fighter in my fleet.
It looks the most realistic, to me. It also just FEELS the best, especially in 3.9 with the new flight model. From a stop to full afterburner speed in around seven seconds.
Don't know how anything can look 'too fancy and modern' In a game with spaceships anyway lol
I own many of the ships on this list. And MY pick is the 325A. ESPECIALLY if it's your only ship. For less than the price of the Arrow and Gladius, you get more gun firepower. You get a bed, toilet, kitchen, storage space, cargo space (and the ability to do box missions) and, if I'm not mis-informed, fuel scoops.
It has the same top speed as the Arrow and Gladius. (and it used to be much more)
It's a very capable combat ship, especially when upgraded. And for $70 it's a must have.
If you have a bunch of other ships, but you need "a fighter" for your org military: none of the above. Move on to the "over $150 list"
But if you have to choose from this list, then the Arrow. Even with only 1 shield, (just don't get hit) its a pretty bad assed ship
thanks for your advice, I have just bought starter package, and thinking in next upgrade to multi-starter, between titan (renegade), and 325A, I think this last wins for all, isnt it ? where could I check if it really has fuel scoop?
@@LaPiraguaAsesina I hope you are test flying all the ships you can during the Expo right now.
I think fuel scoops are not working right now in any ships.
What I suggest you do is buy a renegade on Aegis day. Play with it a day or 2. Then you can melt it for store credit 24+ hours later. Then get a 325A on Origin day. And try it out. If you decide you like the renegade better, you can melt the 325 and use the credit to buy another renegade (or after the sale ends, you can buy back 1 ship per quarter with store credit)
But that way you have access to both in your melt box with 10 year insurance.
@@LordTiberius52 thanks very much, I shall do that, test the 325A now that i have the opportunity. Thanks again.
@@LaPiraguaAsesina sure thing.
I have no dedicated "fighter". Thoughts on an LTI Gladiator (for $165)?
Current ships are all LTI
-Mercury Star Runner
-Cutlass Black
-Origin M50
Also have some bikes
Don't forget, folks: The Buccaneer has *NO* ejection mechanism. If you're in a Bucc, you're stuck.
Go Bucc, get @#$%ed.
Ejection rejection
Don’t need to eject when all I do is make ejects. lol
Thats probably the one thing that really sticks in my craw. I dont care what manufacturer you are, ejection seats let the users buy another ship instead of not.
Whether theyre trimming corners or not, there should at least be aftermarket/'premium package' ejection systems to install.
Christopher Sage ejection seats are WWII tech. Stupid not to have one.
On the Hornet, the Flashfire mount is back in the in game stores. That means that not only can you strap a third Mantis on the Hornet but you can also add an apocalypse to the roof.
@Ronnie Rising As of right now, the nose turret and the ball turret are limited to the Super Hornet. They fit on all the Hornets but are not, AFAIK, available in any in game stores.
The Wildfire comes with the flashfire mount, (which mounts a fixed size 4 weapon). The Flashfire turret is available in many dumper's depots and works on all the hornets. (The Flashfire mount also comes on the Heart Seeker version of the Super Hornet.)
The F7C comes with a very small cargo pod, which can be replaced by the flashfire mount. It can not be used to run box missions, at this time.
The F7CS is the Stealth version and the center is a placeholder which can be replaced with the Flashfire mount. It is more fragile than the other Hornets.
The F7CR has a sensor suite which can be replaced by the flashfire mount.
All the Hornets have 3 size 3 hardpoints, one on each wing and one under the nose. Other than the Super Hornets, the nose mount starts empty.
I hope that helps.
@Ronnie Rising My pleasure. My better half loves her Super Hornet. The Hornet line are great ships, the Base Hornet is one of the best bangs for the buck, for in game expandability. I do recommend, keeping a general starter to go with any of the Hornets, like an Avenger Titan or 300i. This way you have choices, other than just flying a short range fighter. When you get blown up, and you will, you don't have to wait to get back in space. :)
Of course your mileage, and wallet, may vary. :)
@@BetterThanLifeProd So... I can buy an F7C and upgrade it in-game to be just like the Super hornet?
@@TheAliceQuo The Ball Turret and chin turret mount are not, last I checked, available in game, yet. But, in theory, yes.
Well, except the back seat. :)
I use an Arrow with two tarantula s2s, two fl11s and 12 Vanduul Arrow Strike Missiles.
Here's why: tarantulas and fl11s have roughly the same fire rate, and the fl11s have good range for a size 1 lazer cannon. The arrow missiles are absolutely fantastic. They have a very quick lock on, and have the second highest damage in size one missiles. They're also incredibly tough to shake off.
If you can drop your target's shields, a few of those missiles will make them crap their pants. It'll be even better when physicalized components are in game because the arrows are likely intended to be component shredders. Meaning any small ship would have their internals completely fried after being hit by one.
I love my Hawk. It has an abysmal fuel tank though. You really have to make sure you are near a refueling station when out running missions in it.
325A is the best bang for buck fighter with some cargo, a bed and a bathroom. Thanks STL
Also the unique customization via hangar on website is bloody awesome.
Arrow only has one all stop now. Nerfed
Its frustrating to just have the ship straight nerfed. Don't get me wrong it was probably to strong but hard nerfs are something in balance/game design I rarely agree with. What I mean to say if you were going to nerf it this hard maybe buff it slightly somewhere else. Maybe another gun. Maybe more missiles. Maybe and extra cooler or something unique like that. Not just hey you, slap. Later bitch.
Very good, good nerf is always good.
Get a 325a + the gatlink package for 90$ total. size4+2xsize3 fixed ballistic guns ... shreds all to pieces if you can fly herize
I own a Reliant Tana. It's the shittiest fighter in the game, hands down. But goddamn do I love my little MISC Wanna-B-Wing.
It needs a buff. Just give it more speed or more firepower and I feel like it will balance it out.
"Wanna-B-Wing", love it! :D
When we get the ability to buy the toshima turrets it will have a huge buff. 4x s2 and 2x s1 gimbaled. Or could run the underwing guns fixed and have 6x s2 weapons. Then add in the 16 s2 missiles. That is hard to touch with the rest of these ships. In stock form I admit it is not great. I love my reliant and it will never leave my hangar. I only have the Kore though. But still same weapon capacity of the arrow. 2x s2 and 2x s1 all gimbaled, or I could run 4x s2 fixed.
Robert Boss what if they gave it a medium sized shield?
@@avostall4634 shields are not a problem. Can easily get same shield HP as any other ship on this list.
I love my hawk, it takes some uec but it can become a nightmare, 6 s1 gimbaled gatlings, bulldogs, or shotguns just completely shred targets, but it does take some fiddling with what shields you use to manage overheat
I never really had heating issues, but you definitely want a bigger power generator if you want to go all out with it. Thankfully it can fit the high performance/racing ones.
When did they change the hawks nose guns to gimballed
@@alphamav3rickgaming430 they added size one gimbals, so while they aren't gimballed by default you can give them gimbals.
thank you for including pictures from the ships. Love the comparison series.
I get why this should have no bearing in this video, but one of the biggest selling points for the hornet and 325A for me is they both have actual cargo space. That rockets those two to the top of my personal list as far as which ship I'd pick as sort of an armed, personal transport. The Tana has 2scu also I believe, but until it's buffed a little I don't think I'd choose it over anything else on this list.
Next chapter on "Picking the right fighter", please!! :)
Avid for it.
Comprehensive and direct, as always man. Nicely done.
Would love to see these series get updated with all the changes that have happened
Quick note - The Arrow is down to 1 shield.
Otherwise, great stuff, interesting to see the transition from the more speculative older series but it does make sense today, especially a day ahead of CitCon. It'd be nice to see some alpha builds become viable but that'll be a while.
I've had good fun with the Buccaneer, but it's super fragile; once you lose a wing, you lose a weapon and an engine all at once. Don't forget to breathe and swallow from time to time STL!
Great roundup but I think its also worth noting the arrows tiny landing footprint due to its wings folding up . This seems to be valuable for loading more of them into an Idris etc . Personally I think this adds a ton of value considering Arrows are also solid little fighters. Just my two cents here :)
If you are concerned about how many fighters you can carry in an Idris, you're doing it wrong. :)
F7C Hornet can also change out its cargo capacity for a ball turret module giving it two more harpoints.
I have flown all of these and still have a hawk LTI on buyback, but the two I stuck with were the Gladius I got for free for referrals and the 325A which was my first ever ship, I still love it for its versatility in being able to do most kids of mission, from bounty, box drop off and once upgraded it holds its own in any dogfight. Vanguard warden still the best overall fighter to me though.
The 325a is just so good. It has a bed, a kitchen, a toilet to shit in. Shields and weaponryu are really good for the price It really punches above it pay grade.
Reliant Tana also outguns the Sabre and the Superhornet. In fact, the Tana has more fire power in guns alone than any light or medium fighter. It's only outgunned by the Vanguard and the Hurricane, both are heavy fighters. That's in addition to it's 16 missiles, seating for two, great interior with beds, restroom, 1 SCU of cargo space, armor and weapon lockers... Sure it needs to handle a bit better and could use some more hull hp, but to outright dismiss this ship sells it far short. All of this for $75.
Sustained DPS: 1541 w/full gimballed.
hardpoint.io/#/customize/1KaiEJ6kAAAAADGJL_FyXJaBG2EqEM9ujAGhaPLZCpWBBx_hxIxTsAG1IHdPRlFA
Iam pretty sure the Arrow only has a Single Shieldgen since 3.6 drasticly lowering its viability
Correct, it only has a single S1 shield generator.
Just adding to this, the Pirate Gladius' default loadout has all gimballed weapons: 2 x M4A Laser Cannons and 1 x Scorpion GT-215. It's $90 but shows as having a value of $110 on the Ship Upgrades page.
how can you upgrade to Pirate Gladius ? I just see default skin
@@LaPiraguaAsesina I do not believe you can. I think it's a straight out warbond purchase.
Arrow for life!
The acronyms at times though, 🤣. Appreciate the vid bro.
When is someone going to do all ship update walk-through. They are all so old now so many things have changed with 90% of ships now
Inaccurate data on the Arrow. Only one shield generator now. And the top turret does more dps with 2xS1 than 1xS2 gimbal.
Is the Arrow still good after the nerf?
rah lap I don’t have one but, yeah it’s still totally viable. I’ve seen more of the top PvP guys using the Galdius now, but they say that the Arrow is still a fine ship. Preferred PvP loadout is three gimbaled mass drivers, at least for one on one fights in Arena Commander.
Probably with running it stock though is the pips won’t line up with different sizes
@14:58 important to mention in favor of the F7C - did not find it in the comments - is that you can add a Size 4 gun to the top of the F7C Hornet, replacing the 2SCU cargo module. You can buy the Specialty Hornet S5 VariPuck Mount (for mounting a S4 gun) at Levski or GrimHEX for a cheap aUEC 6489. Of course, a good S4 gun will set you back another 20k to 40k, but will give you even heavier armament than just 3x S3 guns, as long as you also upgrade the powerplant (it is terrible) and coolers. The shields can also be made twice as powerful.
My build is:
- 3x S2 Scorpion GT-215 gatling guns on S3 VariPuck gimbals + 1x S4 CF-447 Rhino laser repeater (Rhino is cheap, but looks good and will do for now).
Gimbals rule, because with limited maneuvrability relative to other fighters, it keeps you on target much easier.
- 2x MSD-313 racks mounting 2x S3 Thunderbolt III missiles + 2x MSD-212 racks mounting 2x S2 Dominator II missiles (I chose few longer range missiles vs bigger number of short-range missiles)
- Charger (or even better, but twice the price, Starheart) powerplant,
- 2x EcoFlow coolers,
- FoxFire quantumdrive
- 2x Palisade shield generators
NB I was given the F7C when I bought the Freelancer MAX, so don't know if I would buy it, when given the choice. As stock it is terrible, but after upgrades it seems pretty good.
Appreciate the advice on missiles. I've got a great loadout, but I haven't bothered figuring out a good missile configuration. Gonna log in and see what I can do with the racks and missiles you've suggested.
@@MistrDamige I posted my comment a year ago, and the game has changed a lot since including performance of parts and the F7C itself. Its performance might have changed completely.
Happy 7th anniversary Star Citizens
I'm upgrading to a Freelancer Max and my friend has a Ghost Hornet. Our plan is to upgrade the guns as soon as possible and have him sit stealthily at a distance escorting our Max. The pirate fighters will think we're alone, they'll lower their gaurd, and they won't worry about their position. This is when our ghost strikes and hits them in the ass from out of knowhere whilst they're worried about our purposefully obvious Max.
Gladius and Arrow are honestly best in class for Light Fighters. Arrow wins on maneuverability, and Gladius wins on firepower.
Will forever love my arrow, even after the nerf it still rocks and had killed bigger targets with it
Don't forget folks the game is in alpha and many things are subject to change. I don't recommend buying any ships other than the starter ships right now. If you do, be ready to see the thing you love about it get nerfed in the years to come before launch. They have plenty of free fly weekends you can fly the other ships and try them out. I would say slap your money in a CD and keep letting it roll over until we get into late beta phase. They continue to launch new ships with better capabilities and they are constantly trying to balance the older ships and making changes so just be aware of that.
I checked earlier, but my Arrow shows to only have 1 All-Stop shield generator.
they nerfed the arrow last patch it now only has 1
very good.
I don't know if things have changed since this video came out but the Tana with "SIX" Attrition 2 gives it a dps of 2465 in just guns alone. Add to that it now has 20 missles makes it a ship you do not want to go up against.
These video's are always fun, and I enjoy the insight. Though I doubt I'll buy any more ships until the live version releases, and I can earn them in game. I "own" a Sabre Comet and an M2 Hercules because I loved their concept and I wanted to contribute to the games development. But for me; the fun will not only be flying them, but also experiencing the game loops and systems that lead to earning them in game once it's past development. I have reservations about buying all the ones I want, and then being left with few goals in a live version. However; video's like these are amazing in keeping up with the development and keeping the game's growing community together why we wait. Thank you
I fly the arrow a lot but not for fighting, I primarily use it for canyon running or low orbital fun with friends, I think a racing and or stunt version would be great
After flying the Arrow for a while, being my second ship, I learned a whole new appreciation for my Cuddy as a fighter - yet I take the Arrow for fighting contracts all the time just to FLY THAT LIL BEAST, she's so fun.
The hawk is the only one in this list can can solo kill a HammerHead. Do not underestimate good flying and using that EMP up close. It's as strong as larger ship EMPs, just less range. People get that confused. Also, the Hornet can put a nearly gimballed size 4 "fixed" weapon on the top of it. It's a beast. Love both of those ships, and the Arrow. I'd consider for fast ships that can get in close, get neutron repeaters or scatterguns. Super clean.
The Arrow is definitely the F-16 of star citizen. Gladius is the F-18. F-15 Super Hornet (ignore the name being from the F-18). F22 is the Sabre.
I love my hornet F7C-M with my loadout
2x Size 2 CF Series
3x Size 3 CF Series
2x FR 66 Shields
1x Ultra Flow and 1x Zero Rush
Powerplant (should) is the same
overclock for some nice stuff :)
I got the Hornet Ghost cause it looked cool
Informative video, hopefully the Arrow gets its second shield back.
is this a bug or a nerf?
@@mw4222 nerf for now, but "might" get a buff.
I haven’t fought/flown an arrow - but I heard it was just too tough to put damage onto given its small size, hence the shield nerf.
Does it REALLY need the second shield back?
@@kristokirov it is smaller and more agile than other fighters, but nowhere near half the size and twice as quick.
@@kristokirov if you are a good pilot, you will never get shot and you can pretty much outrun/outmaneuver all missiles.
The Arrow has only 1 Shield, they changed that.
So it got Caterpillared
So is it still a good ship? I want to buy me a light fighter but dont know which one.
@@rahlap2449 It's not bad - there was a thread in the Star Citizen forums about everyone's top 3 fighters, and people were saying it's still really good after the nerf and not a lot of people were saying it was trash now. You really have to lean hard on its agility and small size, but it still packs a punch and NPCs in Arena Commander have trouble hitting it with guns. The Gladius probably has an edge overall, but it's close and the Arrow is a good "weekend warrior" light fighter.
Edit: Here's the link to the thread. It's pretty consistent: robertsspaceindustries.com/spectrum/community/SC/forum/3/thread/top-3-fighters-and-why
@@Zalatian Thank you :)
@@MadIIMike what happened to the caterpiller?
I bought a hawk in game for 1.2 mil uec and I am melting my Hornet for it when it goes on sale. It is really the perfect fighter.
Lack of gimbals isn’t crippling?
@@kristokirov not with the Hawks agility. And if you want gimbals you just buy an Aurora in game and strip it. The size gimbals work on the Hawk.
Good to know! Thanks for the response!
Tana actually is kind of interesting to fly if you keybind VTOL to a joystick or mouse button. makes it able to roll and push itself at a 90 degree angle with the power of the main thrusters. at max speed it probably has more maneuverability than a lot of ships. CIG broke VTOL for 3.8 tho. give er a try before it's gone.
Although i quite enjoyed this review, i think your opinion of ships doesnt have a good baseline. For the one you consider what it can be once upgraded.. the other perhaps how it comes out of the shop. As for the Gladius valiant, the $20 usd is mainly for LTI w/ skin. If you gonna compare ships, just strip them to their hulls and see what you can fit on it and then give an opinion. Because no one is going to run a stock layout any ship.
No mention of the Hornet's ball turret? It doesn't just have the 3xS3 (s2 gimbaled) weapon options -- all Hornets can also fit a ball turret that adds I believe size 4 firepower. Correct me if I'm wrong on that. But that massively increases the DPS.
But where do you get one?
Gladius is good if you want practice for squadron 42. Hawk will be good when the bounty pod can put bounties in it. The 325 is the best if it’s your only ship. It holds its own. And it has a bed. Toilet. Can have a food processor. And CARGO!!!
Disappointed to hear how underwhelming the Renegade is over the base Titan. It's good news for those of us on a budget.
Unpopular opinion: Freelancer Base. More Range, faster QT, more HP, more shields and more versatility.
All that isn't going to matter if it takes you a week to turn around.
The Tana may be a lot of things, but average in the weapons department is not one of them. The Tana is armed to the teeth.
Love your work STLYoungblood. Keep up the great work.
Relia nt is cool. It's got a cool name. It's different. It has a co-pilot. If the flight model sucks its a problem with the flight model not the ship.
nice this is excatly the video i was looking for for two days
The Hornet has the turret slot too, you can use a Hornet ball on it...
@STLYoungblood, have the devs confirmed that if you own a ship that can carry fighters (connie, idris, 890J etc) will you be able to order crew to man your fighters and defend the ship? I know the devs said they don't want player owned fleets with NPCs flying all your ships without you in them so its been a bit vague on what the exact limits are.
There has not been any comments from them on this, the last word from CR was that maybe 1 fighter but we will see.....and that was like 2 years ago.
The F7C Hornet can swap out the cargo box for an S4 gimbal mount - sold on most stations. It can bring down anything with 3xS2 and 1xS4 ballistic gatlings on auto gimbal.
it takes so little time to make the 100k-200k it costs to fully outfit a ship that i think it's not exactly fair to compare a ship's default loadout since its potential is so much higher.
also, RIP the Arrow's second shield generator
My favorite fighter in this price range is the $100 cutlass black. Will only get better with the future addition of AI blades for the beefy top turret
Better to have 2 size 1s on a turret than 1 size 2 on a gimbal. I wouldn’t swap the turret off the arrow unless you’re going fixed
thanks, another great vid. Useful too.
PS. got a couple friends LOVE the Buccy. Watched one of em one night, PvP at Olisar, slaughter both a Vanguard Warden & Hammerhead one after the other. np. His custom loadout of course. Its all engines & guns he says. Great Ship. I'd love the FC7-M Super. Now, if I could only talk you into giving me one..... :D
Stick pilots like gimbals? I thought gimbals were for mouse pilots.
Gimbals have an auto gimbal mode within a limited area, so stick pilots can make use of them
Gimbals for everyone at this point thanks to pip problems and glitchy flight of AI.
you have far greater micro control with a mouse than a joystick so auto-gimbals help stick pilots a lot. I run dual joysticks so I know a little bit about it.
For fixed stick or mouse is similar once you get your curves setup for stick. For manual gimbal, mouse all day it's like an FPS. For auto gimbal assist anything works
@@thedon8219 isn't it like aimbot pretty much?
Thanks for this comparison, STLY!!
Top quality information as always thank you sir!
I always look forward to your reviews.
I lovethis but i Really hope the next one comes out before the anniversary sale would love to hear about the super hornet and Saber
The hornet can put a tier 4 weapon at top if you add hornet gimbal. really ups the dmg output on it.
There was no way to do it in 3.6, and 3.70-3.7.1. The flashfire mount wasn't available. It is back with 3.7.2 though.
Gladius wins for having det cord in the canopy.
Canopy fracturing system... Come on. Get it right😝
Love the Rattler missiles. I spam them in my Stella! 🤣 Good times!
ua-cam.com/video/S1A0p0F_iH8/v-deo.html
Had to be done.
I like the Gladius!
I heard they nerfed the Arrow down to 1 shield. Or if not yet, they are going to. So let's be honest about that.
out of all the light fighters, I prefer the Buccaneer. the engines, the look, the sound and the speed. I do wish it was more agile since i dont prefer jousting..but honestly thats what dog fighting becomes. I just dont get the cost point of it compared to the gladius and the hawk. something just seems off with the price concepts here.
The F7C is really good once you add decent weapons and shields. It does suck in default form.
@STLYoungblood I changed my mind a year or so ago on the Hawk...should I buy it back? I have a Avenger Titan Renegade to ANVIL Hawk Upgrade (with LTI) buy back. I already have a old Avenger Stalker/hunter package that was gifted to me. Yes that 2 Avengers now/again. I know the Renegade has a different load out but is it really worth it?
STLYoungblood are you doing a video about medium fighters right now? :) Really interessted in that because I cant decide what I should buy. At the moment I have four ships on my radar: Gladius, Arrow, Sabre and Super Hornet.
Hladius with S2 ass drivers on gimbals is OP tight now
The f7c has the size 5 turret mount that can hold a size 4 cannon obtainable from grim hex
I run a Ghost with a s4 and 3x s2 all gimballed. It really wrecks stuff. I even run all energy with a Starheart, and a pair of forcewalls, and it gives some heat warnings, but holds up really well in a long fight.
I had the hawk, Flies and looks amazing but what I found is the emp is pretty much useless and the guns overheat so fast that it’s hard to sustain the damage
What about the Avenger Warlock? I like that it's like the Titan but includes an EMP.
hi man, to start off i would like to say that your videos are very helpful in every way and extremely straight forward. I have a Aegis Titan but u would like to buy a fighter ship,i'm thinking
"origin 325a" but since i already have almost the same features but not so luxury i think it would be bether to buy a ship more focus on fighting. Please give a hint and don't look to the price just give some ideas plz.
Thanks and keep the good content on the videos.
Love these types of videos
Gladius is 4 size 2 and 2 size 3 missiles. AFAIK that has always been the case.
RIP Arrow. I melted mine in protest.
Why? What's wrong with it? Just started 2 weeks ago and I picked the Arrow
thanks for the video!
anything with Size 1 shields is a waste of $$ and time. My fav ship WAS the Super Hornet and I spent some real cash to get one. I upgraded it and what I found is that it EVEN with an upgraded Power Plant and upgraded Shields it was complete garbage. 2 or 3 hits from some sentries on a "claim jumper" mission and I was toast.
And YES, I did Overclock the Power Plant and the Shields...got blown up before I even realized what happen.
Now, on MISC Freelancer MIS...that things a TANK!! Default config and badass. Can solo damn near anything.
I was really annoyed when they decoded to swap the Valiant's neutron cannons for the Omniskies. While the A&R guns are good, they don't hold a candle to the neutron cannons for punching power
i love ships with square engines if you have a ship with engines like that you have me
Excellent sir. Thx
Do you know where to buy the scorpion guns in 3.9?
im planning to buy my first ship in this game, the only thing keeping me is when i buy ship using real money do you lose the ship if gets destroyed by npc or player? or you have option to repair it? im kinda dont like idea of spending real money and losing it in 1 snap due to the fact im a new player who purchase a ship that i like.
in alpha you wont lose the ship if destroyed, you just have to wait a few mins to respawn depending on the size of the ship. you will also have the option to repair if the ship isn't blown up. not sure exactly how it will work after game release, you might have to get the cheapest insurance to avoid losing it, all ships come with at least a few month insurance and during the sale in november they usually have 7+ years insurance.
tldr; after release you may have to get insurance but it will be cheap with ingame money
What about the pirate gladius ? Is it worth it ?
good info video
Arrow is very good had one but if u take hits u dia fast so i think the superhornet is better
What's your take on the misc razor
Kind of pointless to mention the dps, shield strength and rockets, because these are all aspects that change frequently every patch and can be swapped out by anyone anyway by getting different components in game. What is more important is the number and size of these components and those change only in rare occasions (unless some ship reworks).
Also I think the Arrow has only one shield slot now, which makes it significantly weaker, but the strength of the ship is the insane maneuverability.
The Arrow has been nerfed to one shield nice effort but you need to double check stats and really any fighter you buy will need weapon purchases in game especially as fixed weapons are usually a disadvantage so judging your choice on the weapons they come with is not really a good methodology
How bout some propper visualisation?
