By the way, I HAVE seen a pelvic physical therapist and it was one of the best healthcare decisions/experiences I have ever made/had. Thank you Dr. Susie! 😊

Lord knows you HAVE to be an advocate for your own treatment/care, and videos like this are a great way to do your homework and learn about all these alternatives from experts like the two of you. I do not (yet) have OAB issues but if it develops I'll know where to go for answers/options. Thank you both! 😊

Is there any evidence that using the TENS twice per day provides more benefit? Or is there any reason why using the TENS twice per day is harmful or counter productive. BTW, I have a pacemaker and I spoke to my cardiologist about using a TENS at my ankle for posterior tibial nerve stimulation (PTNS) and he said that, given that the TENS stimulation is at least 1.5m from my pacemaker, it wasn't a problem and go ahead. Ive been using my TENS on both ankles for PTNS, I alternate legs each day. ***This doesn't mean that if you have a pacemaker It's okay to use a TENS, you should check with your own cardiologist before preceding with the use of a TENS.***
