I have absolutely never understood why reviews insist on taking things apart BEFORE testing it
this is a pretty respectable system compared to what I expected
Your gaming and hardware sarcasm had me rollin laughing, great video!
I was like "Eh, maybe it will suprise us and actually be somewhat good?" until "Here is the 150W power brick."
i love that form factor a ton and that cramped performance. if they sold it for what it's worth and call it an entertainment box or some thing it would actually be buyable.
It is in fact better than you think. It has 2 features, designed for 8k video on youtube and gaming!!
8K? Pft! Even my first computer had 16K!
Oddly enough, although the power button looks like it's upside down, it's supposed to represent a finger pressing a button so, counterintuitively, it's probably the right way around.
Dawid is the Jeremy Clarkson of the tech world
5:00 Did he say that it had "fiffy-two gigs of ram" ?
On a single "fiffy-two gig stick" ? Thats definitely 8k ready ram right there. :)
I once wanted to build a mini ITX computer inside of a Playstation 2 enclosure, actually just buying something like this and jamming it in there would be a good solution.
The MUSIC !! You really should give a shout-out for that music at the close... who and where, please.
In Finland we put dual channel Ram on out computers
Excluding the price, this is actually pretty good considering it's from amazon.
Oh dawid, how I’ve missed your videos so much
classic Dawid dows tech stuff video with random pc and pc parts stored on top AMD and GPU boxes
"150 watts should be good enough eh?"
EDIT: my guy just said the human eye sees at 1 fps, it is 1k fps btw
This would make a pretty good work pc. Maybe even use it with an external capture card for streaming. Depends on how much it costs.
Love how you managed to mod it, from a mini to mini frankenstein pc :D, not to mention people still buying 4k television in reality its a 1080p display. :D i have to buy an expensive 8k HDMI cable to help with the lantency. great video
When he took it out of the box I was like......... WTF IS THAT?
5:49 fedy hertz
thats a sweet machine in standard form with the only let down being the single stick of ram. doesnt matter if its 128gb, its still single ram in a $1600 machine. it might not game in 8k and may struggle with 4k for some games, but you would be able to watch movies in 8k if currently or when possible.
If it's capable of gaming 8k with a 150 watts power adapter, it worth maybe 5 times as it is currently priced.
Think I know what I'm gonna buy.
Can't wait to experience Solitaire in 8k...
all jokes aside the design looks pretty neat
i actually really liked that system until i saw that ridiculous price tag.
Theoretically, you could use the DisplayPort port using a DisplayPort to hdmi cable, they exist as well as the pigtail to convert to hdmi. You could theoretically get the absolute most out of the machine that way.
That box art at 1:24 screams "scam" but it's surprisingly a legitimate system
"The size of an adolescent chinchilla" - your descriptions are so
10:12 This is my Laptop Loading Windows 10.
I like how the screws just vanished in a snap
ooof these scam companies need to be shut down for false advertising
Nothing pulling 150 w will let you game in 8k
Ggs dawid you had us in the first half
You had me laughing 😂 great video
For 1600 Canadian dollars (according to google it’s 1200 usd), I could build a pc with a 2060 with better temps..so I guess if you really want to I guess you could buy it..
i sure love those 8 bit graphics in 8k
Hey, that Amazon box looks just like the ones I've been getting from them lately. Only the highest quality and topmost care for the products we buy.
i can confirm BeQuiet! does great stuff!!
I felt like damn, why am I laughing, this thing is basically as good/better than my old PC...oh wait its seriously more than 3x I spent years ago building my crap PC... nevermind.
I was thinking that was still a cool little system until I saw the price!
At first I was kinda suprised with the thing. Yeah it's stupid to say it can do 8k, but for how small it is it looked pretty good for 1080p. But then you showed the price and everything changed.
I do love your videos Dawid. I just your sarcasm and the brilliant ideas for videos. This one had me laughing my ass off while in work. 🤣
