This is depressing! It’s hard enough to find GF foods in general, but finding ones that don’t have corn, oats, or rice and is organic is next to impossible! This guy should partner up with some cooks and open his own food shop so ppl like us can order safe foods online and not have to be limited to just meat & veggies only 😞
Turned down tamales today. Yep, there is a difference. You nailed the list. Kudos good sir!👍👍😎🇺🇸 Guar gum is a bear trap for me. Xtham gum seems okay but I avoid it if I can.
Dear Doctor, appreciate you for your care, for your knowledge and help to many people. I just found out about you and your book. Watching your videos, they are very helpful, helped me to make decision to change course of my diet to gluten-free life style. Hope 🙏🙏🙏 my family will following me, to become healthier and happier 🥰.
Thank you so much! I had no idea they used "meat glue" in GF foods! Is there a way to eat true gluten-free healthfully while vegetarian? I really don't like the taste/texture of meat/fowl/fish. I like eggs, but not so much I'd eat them more than a few times a week.
Thanks. Very interesting. I will look into the corn. I have been gluten free for 3 years but still struggle. I don't buy any of those processed gluten free foods.
I live where there is no way for me to know if there is this glyphosate in my food or not, so what do I do doctor? I still feel pain even thought I'm on a true gluten free diet, I stopped eating grains.
As a celiac I've adhered to a very strict AIP diet (zero gluten, dairy, processed sugar, and grains) and still find myself extremely fatigued and weak. I honestly don't know what to do anymore?
@@dominicschlaeger8961 It may be CKD (chronic kidney disease) which is a new diagnosis. I found out about it in January after having blood work done. So, it could be that. And apparently I'm not supposed to be eating a lot of spinach, kale, and protein with kidney disease. My diet last year was rich in those things. I ate them every single day in large quantities. So I think the fatigue from last year might have been linked to that. I don't know? It might be the CKD but it could very well be mitochondrial issues, heavy metal toxicity from fillings in teeth, or MTFHR gene mutation. Those are just a few guesses based on my own research. It's frustrating. And now I'm super exhausted because I had to move back into a very toxic living situation and my AIP diet consists of terrible processed foods. I am eating the polar opposite of how I ate last year when I lived alone in peace. So i've gained weight and am even more tired. I have to go to a dietician because I don't even know how or what to eat anymore at this point. I actually played the lottery (LOL) in hopes that I could win and afford a good doctor to help me. I lost, of course. LOL Ahhh well. Just got to keep trying to figure it out by researching.

Thanks Dr. Osborne for your fantastic video. I have got the book too...today is my first day on gluten free. Is it possible that Indian Masalas/Spices are not gluten free? Some of the examples of the masalas is: shop.mtrfoods.com/sambar-powder-6667.html. And even though due to cross contamination of rice is not gluten free, South Indian dishes, like dosa and idli, are made with a batter made up of rice (e.g., dosa batter), can can cause trouble too? The reason of asking this is that I have starting to have trouble with stomach (lots of gas) after eating wheat about 2 months ago. Since then I have switched to rice, but the trouble keeps coming back. So wondering if these are the products I should eliminate too.

If we re Celiac Disease patient DO NOT Consume process food , trying to use substitutes won’t help. Believe ONLY raw or cooked food and vegetables
great stuff !
