    For me with my l4-l5 herniation and l5-s1 bulge, glute work all around + hip flexors reduced this type of pain by like 65-75%. Banded clamshells, lateral leg raises banded, the side plank clamshell. Still have flexion intolerance but it's nice for the pain to finally be more predictable
