With a house like that, neighbors that close, no provacy, you might need an HOA.....it could be a nightmare.

I never thought about it like that, but you are right because if there are parties happening all the time it might be an issue. Honestly this neighborhood looked very conservative and family friendly. Thanks so much for your feedback I sure do appreciate it ❤️😊

My stepfather bought this same exact house back in 1995 for $180,000. I believe it was built by American West. His home is located by Pecos & 215. That bedroom above garage is an oven in summer time. Sadly he had to short sale the home during recession for $250,000. Now its worth about $700,000 ....

Wow really? To be fair all bedrooms upstairs are hot, even people living in condos will tell you if they are in the upstairs unit it is so much hotter than being downstairs. Can you believe the price increase and what it’s worth today ? Unbelievable but again that’s the market we are in. Dont think a home like this will ever go for $200,000 again NOT the way Vegas is growing and in demand it’s shocking how much it’s
increased. Thanks so much for commenting appreciate it 😊👍

Area when you first enter is the formal living room. Up the 3 steps is the formal dining room. Area with the wet bar is the great room.

Hi Archie every single property for sale is ALWAYS negotiable and I mean ALWAYS!! Sometimes if a property was just listed for a few days the seller may not want to take too much off BUT the longer it sits with no offers the better deal you can get and bring the price down. One thing to keep in mind is homes in this great shape usually go fast and many people love it. To answer your question YES all homes on the market can be negotiate for a better price depends what you budget is , hope that helps 😊👍
