I have to admit these properties offer value and quality . A good premium lot a little bigger sq ft and you have the perfect home in lake Las Vegas/Vegas.
Lake Las Vegas is a nice place.However , there's far too many hidden fees Thousands for this thousands for that hundreds every month. For me it's money, grab I can afford to live there. Waste of money for me , I'll pass
