For spirit one-shot I think Yaksha set could do more damage? Also I would use Mad Tiger instead because of the range and damage, despite it reduce a lot of health but it's nothing in NG+ or after. May be I'll try a true glass canon build with this one. Centipede set really cool but I dislike the constant poison yourself with healing item to make use of it - and even more pity is the strongest staff of that spider line lost ability to do poison damage when you're poisoned

So you played many games like this before? Could you give me any recommendations for a game that is like black myth wukong? This is my first game of this type, I mean I tried Elden ring but I stoped playing after 20 minutes. If possible maybe a game that won’t destroy you the whole time but is still enough to keep you playing and trying to get new things to get better. @@TomTheBike I would recommend being patient with Elden Ring and if you want, you can follow walkthroughs out there. I was mew to ER and I followed FightingCowboy's walkthrough of Limgrave (first zone in ER) and then I got the idea how the game works and went on by myself for rest of the game. Sekiro is another great game if you want to give it a go. God of War series of course is another contender, although I personally haven't finished the new GoW games. Might not be exactly like these games but, Horizon Zero Dawn is a great series to try as well.

Now I'd highly highly recommend Nioh 1 Nioh 2 & Lies Of P but they are pretty difficult. God of War 2018 & GoW Ragnarok have a mildly similar feel as well. But please do not let the difficulty stop you from enjoying certain games, yes they are hard but the world, NPC's, music, atmosphere, armor, weapons lore etc are so incredible.

Yo I got you. Try using the bronze armor set full 4pc gives you great damage buffs for immobilize spell for early game. I used that all the way until I think chapter 3 or 4 then I got the golden 4pc set that gives you focus from spirit attacks, increase attack after using spirit and builds up qi for spirits from crit hits or killing enemies. I think the golden armor is the best set for the rest of the game unless you get the secret area unlocked in chapter 5 and get the some of the bull King armor. But still golden set is my favorite.
Awesome! I’ve been using centipede but poison doesn’t seem to build up or impact the boss in chapter 5 secret area. I’ll give it a switch up. I’ve fought that boss 50 times and best I’ve done is getting his health down to 1/3.. he is by far the most frustrating boss I’ve faced. And that’s saying a lot in this game.
Defense stops scalling as well when you have alot of it, so it is better to prioritize damage reduction whitch caps at 80% whitch makes you near immortal even in ng+++
These are all pretty good I love using the Bull King set up. Did you guys also know that once you hit chapter 6 in ng+++ Wukong stance is unlocked as a basic stance for the whole chapter no need to queue up the 4 focus heavy anymore, i noticed when it didnt fade after time, resting, or fast traveling.
@@ZeroRulz0 unfortunately you need to equip the Ruyi Jingu bang and wukong's original armor set for it to be used in all chapters....really wish it was just an overall effect and wasn't linked to the armor after you go through the trouble of collecting all relics 3 times.

@Crows_Flight Is this factual or did you just get a glitch, I’m trying to decide whether I need to do another playthrough… I just wrapped NG++ and I have the stance with charged focus points without resetting. But if you get it permanently by just getting to chapter 6 in a single additional playthrough that’s happening.
@Phippsy How it works is, in chapter 6 when you activate the wukong stance it's permanent until death, but if you go back to any other chapter or NG+ again, you can still activate the stance but it'll only last a minute or so until you have to activate it again

New game plus doesnt get serious until around your 4th playthrough. And anything after that should be considered god mode as you'll need o be at Sage level to finish, many wil try few will succeed, Lol.
@@BoBurnham69 tbh after first play and until before great sage in NG+++ wont take so long cuz u gain so much power already. each chapter shorten by 75-80% cuz u kill bosses in second (except for erlang and great sage) and u already know the path/secret areas. then like the other guy said. NG++++ or up is where thing get srs. bosses hit like a truck (even great sage in NG+++ already have a couple new moves)
everyone is talking about build that require chapter 5 complete or new game +. Nobody talking about early game mid game and endgame builds? Like what is the best build to play champter 5.... i'm at the start.... and I tried alot of stuff, but still cant kill yellow loong when I come back. Tried stacking defense, tried criticals, tried upgrading the poison one so I burn the boss before his last phase, but he seems to have no weaknesses.
I used a mix of builds in chap 5 but i used a poison one to kill yellow loong. golden embrioder armour is also rly good (Probably Better) like a stun build with the fan
check out syrobe tier list vids for armour and weapons he breaks it down well which is best for when. Once you’re in ng+ try these out they all work well
@@ramisalem9978 If you have fought him and have 3 slots you're good to go to NG+. You might want to do the secret ending so you get the 6th relic. If you don't do the secret ending you don't get the 6th rellic.

There are arm guards that apply poison bane to enemy's upon critical hits that can help poison builds

It's once you unlock all 3 slots of all 6 relics. It's why it's locked till ng+++

Yaksha set gives you more damage overall then the bull king with the dark iron staff because of the dmg amp, but you also takes more damage
Basically why it's not recommended to use unless you want a true hardcore play. Bull armour all day for it.

Fight yin tiger every playthrough and you get an extra slot. NG+3
The blacksmith gives them to you after you defeat him in new game plus each new game plus until the fifth.

Every cycle you start Ng+. You can get 1 more curio slot by beating that blacksmith tiger total max up to 5 curio slots.
