Nice video. And good on you not editing out portions of the video like pulling on the tensioner for people to see how you did it.
I found out two things when I did mine: first, it is easier to put the belt over the compressor or power steering pump last, and second, it's MUCH EASIER to do this job with the engine not running!

worked same on my fathers 97 ram 2500, thanks!
Just a suggestion, I found it a lot easier to loop it around everything except the tensioner first, then rotate the tensioner and put the belt the tensioner pulley. Both work I just found that to be easier.

What size with out ac?
Cool thx. Saw where it needed to go in at.. Was very hard till i saw the direction in which to start. But is it suppose to smooth side down around the fan pulley?
BUT! you didn't show how it ran after the belt was installed!
What's the lenght of the belt for this trucks? 97? 95? Inches
