Just got a Hohner Diatonic Accordian for Christmas. Love Cajun music up here in Connecticut. Not too many Cajun accordian teachers up here however. Love this introductory lesson. It really breaks it down slowly. It will also be my first song to learn. I wish you would take the time to teach another song on You Tube. Can't go to Louisianna to take lessons from you.

When somebody ask me how to play the accordeon, part of what I say is Keep your fingers close to the buttons, also, if you have problems to perform a movement, is because your fingers are not in the right position. Especially on a 3 row accordeon. Good lesson! One of this days I'll stop and look for you in Lake Charles.

All the instruction is there, but if you played the song, part A, over and over several times, it would help to get it into our heads, and we keep trying to play along.

I am trying to play this, but I am running out of bellows on the long push between the first and second line. How can I get more bellows travel?
I should add, I am a professional woodwind musician, with over sixty years of experience.
