I personally would've used his voice from Third Strike, since that was the most recent mainline Street Fighter game at the time of Smash 64's release, but this is still good. Basing his model on his Street Fighter EX look is a good choice.
Yeah I feel you but it probably will change remember this is a beta of the character it's not complete yet so they will probably add his SF3 voice just gonna have to wait and see

Yeah I was surprised as well to find this mod last week it's got some issues with ryu's character model but it's pretty decent. I would like to see chun li or akuma personally
