Today I laid in bed sun gazing while listening to this. I fell asleep and felt so peaceful. Currently at work listening with my head phones. Lately I’ve been experiencing some ascension symptoms and your videos have been such a great aid in my spiritual journey and process.

@ritashridasgupta5618 hi ritashri! I know how scary and painful kundalini shakti can be. I am still having blockages at the moment. The best way i found is to lie down every day and try to relax and let the energy flow. It did make me vomit too and have chest pains. But it has improved and it will pass for you too. I have no one to help me and i suffered greatly so if you want to exchange email i am happy to offer any help or support that i can. It is nice to know that we are not alone on this path despite the isolation that kundalini brings into our lives. Let me know what you think. And as for the healing frequencies this channel is one of the best. I also use om chantimg and tibetan singing bowls.
