    Appreciate you highlighting it for more visibility bro! For myself specifically, I do small circles to avoid backward direction animations as well 👌

      @@nba2ktuteshey Tutes, there's a comment below by "scottiesippin" where they mention holding turbo and then tapping L2 on defense. I've tried it and it's actually crazy good. My player turns there hips perfectly to the offensive player's moves. It's worth checking out and possibly doing a video 100%!

  • @prodigyiq7439

    This applies to real life too. Basically means staying on your toes. If you’re constantly moving, you’re better at reacting. Rather than just standing

    I've been doing this since my first month of playing. Moving with just stick, stick+l2, stick+r2, and stick+l2+r2 all change the speed/angle/defense animations you can get

    If you hold L2/LT and shift side to side I believe its even faster

    This is how i thought fast feet badge might work... like being able to get back into position faster... maybe works on getting your ankles broken too

    • @Skylixz
      @Skylixz 8 місяців тому

      He made a video on how that works

    • @YBTekno
      @YBTekno 8 місяців тому

      @DBrown7 yea I seen it but he didn't test the thing I'm saying ... i think it'll be hard for him to test an ankle breaker and then get back on defense

    • @Skylixz
      @Skylixz 8 місяців тому +1

      @@YBTekno ahh I see what you’re saying. Although I agree about the difficulty of that test, I would only assume that 1) if he does, he would have to unequip ankle braces & 2) if there is a delay after the engagement of the fast feet badge (once the ankle breaker animation occurs), then it would not take effect. But ultimately depends on how long the delay is since the badge activates as a quick first step for defenders after contact

    • @YBTekno
      @YBTekno 8 місяців тому

      @DBrown7 yea ... but I don't think it'll work cuz that's more of a recovery thing and not a "quick first step" thing but whenever I get ankles broken, ima try and pay attention lol

    Making more sense when trying putback dunks as well.

  • @ScottESippin
    @ScottESippin 8 місяців тому +3

    IDK if it's because I have crazy delay but If I hold turbo then press and hold left trigger, my player moves around faster when shuffling on defense as opposed to holding left trigger and then holding turbo.

    • @theyreruiningusa
      @theyreruiningusa 8 місяців тому +1

      Yo. YO! I remembered your comment and have been doing it ever since. If done right you end up really turning you hip perfectly in reaction to the offensive player's moves. Then you activate clamps, fast feet etc, rinse and repeat. My builds with less than 85 perimeter D move a lot better with this tip. I use the Dual Sense Controller so it works even better. You the real mvp.

    Tutes, ive been looking into motion styles and realized they effect much more than just speed and rebounding. Could you look into best blocks, steals, clamps animations with different styles.
    Noticed Daniel Gafford and Dwight Howard were huge difference in # of blocks in REC compared to eubanks etc.
