Craig - You are most defiantly an advanced tech over me, but what I would try is clean that little switch on the tuner board and toggling it back and forth for new contact, clean and reseat the RCA jack on the tuner board then last resort, just simply reset the radio...I have seen and been successful in some repairs as such, no guarantees this will resolve your issue but its worth a shot. ~Jack, VEG
Greetings Jack, The small switch is used to reprogram the onboard EEPROM with new VSWR reference voltage data for the tuners micro-controller, the RCA jack is from the output of the PA section. For some reason the relay controller outputs for the 15 and 10 meter bands are not sinking enough current to close the contacts on relays 6 and 7, all the others close just fine. There is voltage present but apparently not enough current. So for the time being I'm going to swap out the entire unit with a working one and then replace the relay controller at a later date. 73 and thanks for watching :)
