これが、ベトナムのちまき「バイチュン」ですか。実は、この動画で初めて知りました。
大きなパインか何かの葉の上に、米や豚肉などあらゆる食材を載せて、そのあと葉を包んで蒸すのですね。
動画では、家族総出で作業をやっているようですが、そうなるとこれを作る時は重労働になるのでしょうね。
バイチュンは、ベトナムでは旧正月に食されるようですが、おそらく旧正月が近づくと、ベトナムではこれを作るためにどの家庭でも、大忙しになるのかと思います（日本でいえば、新暦の正月のお節料理作りなどの忙しさと同じかも）。
私は、ベトナムにはまったく縁がないためその文化などはわからないですが、この動画でベトナムの旧正月料理について、少しですが勉強になりました（笑）。
さて、２０２４年はどんな年にしたいでしょうか。
とにかく、お互い明るく良い２０２４年を、つくっていきたいですね😊。
