It’s nice how generous you are with the ingredients. You really stuff those wraps! Good job! And I think the toast and hash browns look much better now. 👍🏽
This guy is running a whole kitchen, seems like in the video he is only person in kitchen pushing all that food out. And yet, when I go to a fast food restaurant “McDonalds” I end up having to wait forever. And they normally have several people working. Just saying! I respect the hustle man. Keep it up!
how is it you're not fully buttering the toast it bothers me to see every single time you put butter on the toast you're only partially buttering the toast why??????
Not every one wants to vomit so early in the morning, mr vegan. Also butter is not vegan, mr vegan. So dont mind what he does with the butter cause its none of your business.
Good morning 🙏!, what a change on oatmeal, I remember we used to make it in a pot and have it ready to go, occasionally added water and stirred it so it wouldn't dry out, kept it covered, so an order would come in, we'd ladle it up and in the window, ( similar to the way you serve chili, or soup)
This feels too similar like the cocinero POV mx guy. The cooking style is too spot on. Is this the same guy? Is he trying to scam us and started a new channel from a different restaurant? He does the hashbrowns, bacon, sausage, and burgers dentical...with still no seasoning...
different sides of the country lol if you watch close you can figure out where this restaurant is (hint look at the bottom of the drawers when he opens them)
@ You're right. I like this guy much better than POV Mex. Aliyo is very clean and is not huffing and puffing around getting all upset for having to do his job.
i will never understand why all these cooks make too much of any certain item and would rather throw it away rather than give it to the customers. The food is cooked and wasted any way.

Hashbrowns and prepped food are always seasoned, and I have even heard him talk about the herbs in the home fries before. The eggs are meant to be seasoned at the table. Ive been working as a breakfast cook for years, this just how to make the food to the customers liking efficiently. Also he has a seasoning salt shaker for French fries and steaks and stuff like that. Unless you're working a high end restaurant, almost all of the seasoning is in the prep.

Chef, you are awesome! I like it that you are constantly cleaning and you are so organized!
Thanks so much

This guy doesn’t get stressed he gets more hairy.😊
Great Job as always!
Thanks again!
Question. For the omlettes why not whisk the yolks and the egg whites altogether for easier scooping and mixing with the rest of the ingredients.
I think that’s because some ppl only want egg whites in their omelette. I was honestly wondering the same thing.
Maybe it makes it easier to count the number of eggs for the omelette? If it’s mixed, you would have to scoop a certain amount every time, I guess?
@@CarlosLopez-eg9im a ladle with a specific size solves that
I’ve never seen the pre-cracked eggs in a bucket before. The Mexican should start doing this. He spends all day cracking eggs.
A consummate expert in his field.
Guy can’t even wash his hands properly! 😢
Man great vid! Going to go on a binge see what other videos you have.
Hope you enjoy!
Hey I like your videos keep up the good work you are a great cook
So glad I came across your channel . I truly enjoy it. A do a fantastic job and always have a clean kitchen ❤
Welcome!!
@Aliyocooking thank you
Excellent job Chef…A nice clean pass, without any food debris and buildup on the grates or grille…
Thanks 👍
Idk why it’s funny to me when he was slamming/stirring the sausage gravy 😂
He complains in almost every video about the buttered toast. Just take the butter and.... I don't think I can say that on UA-cam. 😅😂😮😮😮
Happy Birthday Razin 🎂🎈
Get it done, is what counts eehh
Be careful slamming the plates on the counter, they will break!
man you are so quick I wouldn't no if I'm coming or going lovely spotless kitchen
Server should be making toast for each of their orders

So it’s only partially unhealthy
Guys busting his ass over a flattop and you complain about his buttering technique

Come on man, put the meats on the flat top first then add the eggs! Who doesn't want that more cooked?
Nice work. This chef is clean, organized, efficient & fast. But- A little too much whirl IMO (Whirl=butter flavored oil- for those that don’t know)
@@Estimated-prophet52324 Never too much!! Lol

Take off the gloves man. Ya ain't dealing with bodily fluids or pathogens... your hands are clean, the food is being cooked.
Unfortunately, it's the state of the world.
Anytime you handle meat or eggs you should be using gloves. Glad he is doing it!
