Love these videos. Legitimate question here...how long until that other half piece of cheese gets used? Do you ever just throw it on a burger as extra cheese?
Stephen you should really use a separate tong for the fish. Some people have fish allergies and you just used it to grab fish than meat for the big mac.
I was thinking that you never get frustrated, but I saw it with the spicy add cheese with the sauce bloop. Good to see you’re normal. Also the person helping you with the buns, she was putting the slips on the wrong side, you had to lift the box to see it.

Why the half slice of cheese on the fillet o fish? Is it really that much more expensive? Also, how do you close at twelve, clean up by twelve and walk out at twelve? Seems impossible to properly clean.
Have them get rid, of the McRib and bring back the McPizza. Do a couple trays of square slices, and advertise what the two choices are for the day. A full tray of individual squares will serve easier in-container and last longer than a round.
It's so cool to see a POV of this! It's also quite sad to see how McDonald's hasn't improved the overall quality of their products. They literally swim in money, yet you still can't get a full slice of cheese on a Fillet-O-Fish.

We use those at my store too. My guess is (like almost all things) is a mcdonalds standard equipment. They get most things cleaned pretty well, and are pretty darn durable. If there was a cheaper and better broom, mcdonalds would implement it.
