What amp or plugin was used? I closed eyes and learned things about myself. I dont like the 75s and some Mesa cabs i didnt like. Early 90s marshalls surprised me.
Amped ICON for this one! Glad it was helpful for you, it's interesting to hear what you like and don't like when they're back to back like this for sure. -Kai
No real reason in particular, we might do more comparisons with more mics, or even the same blend of two mics on every cab - it's just about giving a level playing field to make sure that the cabs can be compared nicely. -Kai
@@mlsoundlab gotcha. Not a complaint. Just curious as to the reasons… like does the 421 show more differences or something instead of something more familiar as a solo mic, like the 57.
You can blend different speakers together, different microphones, even blending multiple of the same speakers and mics. Up to 9 different mic-ups in a single blend, and you're able to adjust the mix of each💪 -Kai
Amazing how many great tones are possible. Kai, I think you might possibly have the coolest job on the planet! Thanks for doing this.
I think you might be right there, I absolutely love what I get to do! 💪

imagine 38 guitar tracks in song with all those different cabs))
Having some fun with the plugin! Best there is !
Thank you so much!

Glad you're loving that one! 💪

Hmmm. Why did you opt for the 421 for the comparison?
Because Mikko loves the mic.

Sounds very good. Can you use two different speakers and blend them together or only mikes in full version?
