@@hamfistsman6267 actually for a lot of magic the size of hand doesn't make too many moves hard to do. It mostly comes down to say hiding a card in your hand. Other than that it's really not too bad. I've taught about 10 people 4 being kids magic and that's the only problem they had was hiding cards

They've seen magic world champions on the show and though they know Shoji's magic doesn't stack up to them (yet) and that he'll never win this season, they were 100% supportive of him. That's so wholesome! This will be the moment that drives him to become a huge name in the industry

I started doing magic when I was 7, but I wasn’t doing this kind of sleight of hand at the age of 9. Magicians or hobbyists will respect what he did even more than lay people. That was difficult sleight of hand and he did a great job. Go Shoji!
His slight of hand was pretty cute mane. Real classic mixed with his hero. From finger holds of the quarter to the illusion of giving the top card to Howie. Loved it all

I absolutely fell involve with this boy!! He got such raw talent & just how adorable he is, is an added bonus! Hobestly too loved too how much it meant to him, his inspirations, and so on. Really looking forward to him making it far! Also, this kids really gotta try the quanecada tacos near my area - got my vote when he threw in!

The kid is 9 performing in front of celebrities and a MASSIVE crowd. It's pretty easy to screw up a double lift when you're nervous. That smoothness is something you develop over time
