Man I'm only 25 and battled a 4 year alcohol addiction. It sucks you in so quick, and by the time your realize, you've lost something very important in your life. 4 years have felt like 6 months from being blacked out almost every night. It's crazy what alcohol can do if you let it

@@brandon8997 I can't say I know how it feels to be an addict to stuff like that. I hardly drink, very rarely smoke weed and never smoked a cigarette in my life. But I do understand that once you're in it's insanely hard to quit it. But I will say that you're strong to be out of it or just realizing it before it kills you or something.

You definitely gotta check out more of their stuff! Wrong Side of Heaven, The Bleeding, and Under and Over It are all great songs with some awesome videos. You'd probably like A Little Bit Off too, it has a TON of hip-hop vibes, it's pretty different

The song is about the addictions. I think all the names on the graves are people who died because of addictions (Bonham, Cobain, Scott, Joplin, Lemmy ...) Not only the 27 club. The singer Yvan Moody explains his addiction to alcool and the title says everything. Sorry for my "belgian" english.

The song has a deep meaning, about him finding sobriety. Before it kills him. A few other songs you should check out; wrong side of heaven, darkness settles in, gone away, coming down, my nemesis. All good songs with heavy music videos

This song is about his addiction to alcohol and how he was killing himself with it and didn't realize what rock and roll had given him....he is apologizing to the late greats that came before him in rock and roll, everyone talks about how much they respect those greats and how everyone wishes they hadn’t gone down the road of addiction and problems. And yet here he was following the same path.....all the names on the graves are rock and roll greats that have suffered from addiction.
imo he possibly feels guilty for almost dying like the greats and maybe because of the noose he thought it was disrespectful to die like the late greats.

The video adds so much to it. All of those artists (Janis Joplin, Elvis Presley, Jimmy Hendrix) all died from their own vices. In real life he almost went down the same path with his alcoholism.
Absolutely amazing vocals, and would recommend the song Digging My Own Grave, a song that really mirrors the imagery in this video.

This was about his alcoholism. He’s had a LOT of problems with it. Drunk on stage, canceled shows at the last minute. He almost got replaced by the band with the lead singer of Bad Wolves. Lots of rehab and he’s supposedly clean now.
I think the cemetery of the greats was symbolic of how he was killing himself with the alcohol.

This is awesome! I love seeing reaction videos to my favourite rock and metal bands! It would be amazing if you reacted to something by Unleash the Archers, preferably The Wind That Shapes The Land (no official music video) which is my absolute favourite song right now.

Five Finger Death Punch is amazing, however if I were you I would dive into their first 3 or 4 albums to really get the identity of the band and how amazing they are. Their music lately has not been the same, they lost 2 of their former members, I absolutely love Ivan Moody (lead singer) now 3 years sober and kicking ass, what they stand for is incredible as a band.
Don’t let people fool you, this band is great, some songs for you to consider below....
    The Bleeding
    Hard To See
    American Capitalist
    Under & Over It
    The Pride
    Remember Everything
    Wrong Side Of Heaven
    Battle Born
    Got Your Six
    Wash It All Away
Welcome to the knucklehead family 👊🏻👊🏻
This is a metal band, with heavier riffs too

    man, i love ffdp ;)
You picked an very unusual song for them, but this is also great. I personally am more a fan of the early albums.
My favourite song of this era is "war is the answer" but feel free to enjoy more of theyre tracks, most of them are great.

When I seen this video and seen Hendrix, Janis Joplin, Kurt Cobain. Was like "27 dude". Ivan's voice is awesome.

No not all 27 club.. lemmy kilmister just died a couple years ago in his 60s or 70s I think. Possibly wrong on his age. But he is a metal legend that helped pave the way. Check out motorhead-ace of spades or the game. Which was triple Hs entrance theme in the wwe for years
