@RobertPodkosov he dont. he just use the mirror to looks like he seem something, but he is capable of see without it, but he follows the rule because of the lore

Bruh I just now noticed that whenever you use the adrenaline (3:30) some of the needles that were on it disappear as soon as you used it. It means that some of the needles got stuck to the player's chest...

Butterfly Needle and Vial: Stab yourself and administer blood, losing one charge, then give your blood to the dealer where he gives you a blank or live round. Shears: Cuts the stock of the shotgun so you can only shoot yourself
i honestly wished the burner phone and expired medicine replaced the cigs and magnifier so the game becomes much riskier. while im at it i also suggest adding the reloader which could add one shell to the chamber but you dont know if its live or not.
