I 100% agree that the people of Afghanistan want modern Shariya Law not the Taliban's version of Shariya Law. But I also know that the people of Afghanistan don't like the Western version of democracy either.

What is modern sharia law ? Just tell me ? Sharia law implemented by taliban was made by Imam Hanfi and it is taught in the deoband and bralvi school which is based in India. The sharia you call modern is probably the sharia written ny other Imams and school of thoughtd which are in the rest Muslim world but other Muslims too respect sharia of Imam Hanfi.
@@faiqshah5813 I think you are right I made a mistake there is no modern version of Shariya. I mean the religious acceptance towards other religions in all the Islamic countries is terrible. You're right the so-called "modern" Shariya is no good either.

Just like army people, you both are confined to certain things. You don't know the mentalities of these people. He is totally right, there fundamentals doesn't fit to democracy

If you consider PEW research polls reliable then it is true that 99% of Afghan people wanted Shria law in Afghanistan. While saying this, these 99% people might have a softer interpretation of Shria law in their mind but facts are facts.

Sorry sir, but I don't agree with you. I totally agree with Abhijit Chawda sir. Local Indian people including me don't see American as trustable partner or an ally bcz it always change it's sides. Afganistan is not first one to suffer, many countries like Vietnam had suffered or are still suffering.

Afghan people voted for sharia in a poll
maam and sir, we all are more or less liberals but also consider different nations who haven't seen democracy. If they have good living standard then that's it. Moreover the video was true to the fact that democracy was a foreign concept not intrinsic to the soil which was soo called imposed by foreign army(USA). In India the concept is different we wanted democracy and freedom struggle was around that consider USA attacking us and imposing democracy forcefully would we be happy to follow that? Just try to think from their point of view.
