I would say the reduction in height in India could largely be attributed to severe malnourishment in India, today India has about 50% malnourished people. Evidence suggests malnourishment causes reduction in physical features

Exactly, it takes 3 generation of balanced and adequate nutrition for a family to finally come out of malnourishment and see some growth. It wasn't until the green revolution that average Indians start getting access to grains for affordable rate but that again has started to back fire now because the green revolution has decreased the nourishment value of crops significantly with overreliance on synthetic fertilizers. It's going to be really tough for us to get out of this loop that we are stuck in, the government needs to step in to provide people with insights to people on how much and which quality of food intake needs to be done. South korea has seen it's average population height grow significantly after it got prosperous, hopefully we can do that too.

Ancient North Indians spoke Sanskrit, most of the words between Tamil & Sanskrit are same. Indus valley writing script is a mix of Sanskrit & Tamil words. The cholas spread Sanskrit throughout Philippines, Thailand etc. this is why their names are still in Sanskrit, example : hemputri, sokorna their ex president, airline name garuda etc.
Of course there's a mix. When two peoples collide they usually carry loan words from earlier cultures. That doesn't disprove that Indo-European came into India from the outside. Archaeogenetics proves the old Linguists correct. So even if you want to argue against the linguistics, Archaeogenetics shows without a doubt that the R haplogroup came into India via the Sintashta culture.

Definitely our natural height decreased due to 1000 years of malnutrition due to Islamic and British invasions.

My mother tongue is Telugu and yeah 60% of Telugu is sanskrit and the rest is Tamil, same case with kannada, malayalam but same cannot be said about Tamil is totally different from sanskrit yes there are some words here and there which got mixed due to time but it definitely does not have roots with sanskrit 💯

Of course they do. This is what happens when two cultures collide. They can carry things from old cultures forward. You guys are so deadset focused on liguistics, but ignore the Archaeogenetics that cross-references it. Haplogroup R came from outside India, as did certain burial rites, horse domestication, and Chariots. The same thing occured in modern day Iran which these old cultures share a lot in common. Iranic and Indic languages came from the same batch of people.

There is literally no evidence to suggest any such thing occurred. There is no genetics impact on Europe from any such event. In fact we see the opposite and evidence of the Andronovo culture right on Indias doorstep at the time. These were the people who invaded India.

1. Majority of Indians today are not taller than Europeans due to malnourishment which has played a major role in determining height in past 1000 years of India..
On the other hand, Africans have been eating protein focused diet from centuries because of which despite of being under invasion they still are very much physically fit whereas Indians are mostly dependent on wheat or carbs which doesn't help in building a muscular body..
Another factor of not having a taller and muscular body is that Majority of Indians were vegetarian in until this generation(Where I belong too) where everybody is turning non-vegetarians due to influence by western culture and obvious reasons of not being religious at par with their forefathers..
(Above are just few factors which I've gathered from my limited knowledge😊)
2. North Indian languages were not very much different back then before invasion. It's only because of the Turkish invasion is that Hindi is not pure Hindi which we use today. A lot of words in our Hindi vocabulary or used by us in daily life are derived from Persia and Arabic which is completely foreign to us.
If we were to speak pure Hindi which includes words mainly from Sanskrit, South Indians will be much more comfortable to learn and understand it as Dravidian languages(Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayali etc) too have a significant influence from Sanskrit due to obvious cultural and religious reasons.

Don't you know about the conditions of Indians when they were in foreign occupation for centuries? There were famines, malnutrition etc etc just because the British looted everything from Indians. How can you grow tall if you don't even have the basic nutrition as a child? That is why the height decreased drastically. And about the language there are much similarity between SANSKRIT and southern Indian Languages. The whole India is one ethnicity. Like Europeans are one ethnicity but their languages differ a little.
India cost Britain more than it got out of it. The same thing occurred in Africa. That's not saying anything bad about India, just that Britain was dumping a lot of money into it to develop it. Colonies cost a lot to maintain, that's why they left without much fuss. Two world wars broke Britain and it's empire could no longer be held together, let alone any Colonies.
Famines were a common thing throughout the world at the time, it depended on development, climate and population. Indians are simply industrialising as the British did and thus are wealthier and more developed as a result.
As for the Muslim Mughals, what they did was basically a genocide. To say it was famine as others have said plays down how bad they treated Indians. It would be less a famine and more an intended starvation.

2) Money was used to educate Indians = Literacy rate of the Indians was just 11% at the time of Independence i.e. 1947, this says it all.
3) More than 100 million Indians died under British rule from engineered famines, World Wars, etc.
