While I enjoy your videos, could you please tell me why both you and Alan Norrish always seem to go for the landing net ages before the fish is ready to be netted. Sometimes even before you have seen the fish or got it fully under control?

Paul you go for the landing net as soon as as you feel the fish in netting range if you can net it quick then you have saved your self time and can get back in as soon as possible, it’s all about being as quick as you can to catch more fish.
