Could you do video Elemental HBG set? I saw one channel that do piercing water/ice 170 - 200 dmg/hit to special investigation Valstrax. His channel is Japanese language, then I cannot translate it all. I only know that he use Dragon Conversion + Furious, but not sure other skills.
I've been using Berserk HBG for a long while now because its perfect for defending against ultimate 1-shot death attacks when you cant get away (Besides Amatsu) but I think with the new Qurio Melding,I can implement it into this because the health drain is extra risky due to the slow sheathing of HBG.Intrepid and Powder Mantle is a god-send for HBG too so the fact you made this mostly unaugmented leaves a lot of space for extras.Nice build.
There are a few ways to make this set, I am noticing. I love mine with full attack and agitator. I have to ask, other than keeping max might maxed out, is Heaven Sent that good for bowguns? I find it underwhelming. At least the armor has lots of 4 slots.
no, only useful for the blocking part bc of infinite stamina, you can also reload by switch scroll swapping but that's not too crazy tbh. just good for tanking almost anything
its great all my elemental hbg builds have it and i have tune up deco level one on my talisman..you can dish out nice damage .. and very safe build... with dragon conversion and furious level 3
not bad, just expensive to fit in all the guard skills and all the gunner skills AND all the elemental skills. i usually just go for ele LBG these days
Did they nerf shield HBG in this game? I haven’t played any HBG in Rise-Sunbreak but I did play it in Iceborne and shield HBG was pretty broken. You can just block literally everything with no care in the world and no chip damage with the exception of some novas and ultimate attacks
the thing with shield in world is you had 5 mods you could do, so you could go for 3 shield mods on some bowguns and just block everything. in rise and every other game i can remember playing you get one mod and it can be the shield or power barrel. you can tank a lot still, but there's a bit more chip nowadays
@@LordViettner That’s what I heard that you can only use one shield mod in this game, but you also get the new skill embolden which might help a bit. Thanks, maybe I should make some bowgun sets to make farming easier
Heaven-Sent on a bowgun set? I guess if you're running Garangolm's HBG it's a big help since it has such a slow reload - even with Reload Speed 3 you only get to Average, which is kind of slow when you're running Spread 3. Frankly, I'll stick with my current Shield HBG set.
there is a lot going on for sure, grinding is really crazy in this game, but honestly I prefer the grind for afflicted materials over just doing the same 2-3 quests over and over again and hoping I get lucky decoration RNG like in World. I haven't personally had too much trouble with multiplayer, but i know once you get to higher anomaly levels it can be a bit scarce to find people as high a level

Honestly I forgot maximum might was in the game. Using it with heaven-sent is actually pretty cool.

How is shield for elemental pierce hbg?

yeah embolden does stack with guard + guard up, which is why I have it in here, it helps with a lot of chip damage!

God this game is just overwhelming the grind for mats and deco unlocks is just horrble and to top it off multiplayer is dead.
