For the comments asking about it: The video contains some recipes where the cookie dough stays raw and some where it's baked. The dough is made differently depending on which type of recipe it is. The raw ones contain no egg and tell you to bake the flour alone beforehand, so that it's safe to eat raw.
For the 'cookie dough and brownie' I call it 'THE BROOKIE

Tasty: It needs either more cookie dough, more cheese, we need to deep fry it, or an unholy combination of the three
As it turns out, raw flour is more dangerous than raw eggs, so thanks for including the instructions to bake the flour separately before using it. (I would have complained if you hadn't!)
Some healthier substitutes:
Brown sugar- coconut sugar
White flour- almond or oat flower
M&ms or regular chocolate chips- sugar free chocolate chips or cocoa nibs
If you tried these tell me if they worked 😊
Edit: I’m all for “life is too short just eat the cookies” but sometimes for me, even just subbing out a few ingredients (if you don’t mind the taste or texture) why not? I’m not saying everyone should, this is just for people who may want healthier alternatives.

I really don't like the idea of eating uncooked flour, but your idea of substituting it with almond flour might work pretty well. Too bad almond flour is so damn expensive. But thanks for the suggestion.
denijane I’m pretty sure almond flour also ruins the consistency of most things(or at least in my experience) so maybe try cooking your flour before hand?

If anyone wants to make these, I recommend the first one. It's easy and delicious. It's super filling though, so try to resist eating a ton at once. It also doesn't have any uncooked flour and no eggs
