Just making it to a point; if you guys are wondering why Tasty doesn't say the actual name of the brand sometimes; like Oreos; it's because there are more than just one brand of cookies that are like that. An example from my country are Creamo's, which are like Oreos. Basically what they (Tasty) are trying to say is that you can use any brand as long as you are following the recipe.

chocolate is sooooooo healthy. the darker the better... mmmm toffee bits, nuts... just be sure to eat lots of veggies and you'll be fine... chocolate helps the body detox, but it's gotta be the GOOOOOOD stuff. Coconut Bliss has this dark chocolate ice cream.... guilt free heaven in a pint. Don't punish yourself friend. Lose the weight because you know you can, mind over matter.... try fasting? sauna sweats? Lots of ways to get the body in heal mode.
