thank you so much for posting this! i'm a homeschooling mom and i love using planners to plan our adventures throughout the school year, but i also wanted something i could use as a memory keeping option as well and this video has given me so many ideas!!
I'm so glad I found your videos ! This is my first time watching and I am so happy you gave me such good tips !! I love love love the nightly routine to keep track of things cuz I have a memory of a goldfish I immediately forget everything and it breaks my heart! I really want to be better at memory keeping I started this year! So far I am experimenting with printing my own photos and what sizes I like and I am really enjoying it! So many tips you gave me I am very happy you shared ❤❤❤
Hi Ashley! I just joined the memory planner/travers notebook bandwagon a few days ago and I’m obsessed! Your video is the first one I’ve watched her on UA-cam. And I just wanted to say thank you for mentioning that you don’t need all the stuff and especially to not compare yourself with others!!!
I love the idea of documenting the day on the Notes app. I've been doing that every day for many years in a dollar store planner but I think it would be nice to do it digitally. Thank you
Thank you for this video! Printing the daily entry from Notes is such a great idea. I never comment on videos but had to tell you this video was so helpful for me. ❤
Thank you for sharing how you use both the planner and memory keeper I have a happy planner for planning but I’ve just started looking into journaling/scrapbook memory keeping because my Son was born in April 2020 and we didn’t get to have photoshoots or many other memorable things so he’s now 16 months and I decided it’s time to keep memory of even the little things!
Little portable printers are a cheaper alternative for scrapbooking/memory keeping. Most print off zink (zero-ink) photos that have adhesive on the back, very convenient for anyone who wants small photos but doesn’t want to buy ink or use extra tape/glue/adhesive. Awesome video! Thanks
I actually have a review up of one of the portable printers and I've used a couple of them-in my opinion, the print quality is poor and it's worth buying the ink and photo paper for Selphy because the quality is so good. But, they are nice to have because they're more portable than the Selphy. :) Thanks for watching Kaleigh! :)
Great video I love all the things that you pointed out so that people can start memory planning I especially like that part where you jotted things down from every day I think the small details really make up part of the layout!
Thank you for this. I quit memory keeping a couple years ago when our family went through a very dark and difficult time. I’m cautiously optimistic and want to try to tip toe back into it…
This is GOLD! Thank you. I literally am using the same planner for memory keeping purposes and this is EXACTLY what I needed to see. I am now following you. Also, love your nails.
Thank you for sharing! I love this and will be saving this as I go along my memory keeping. Just a question, do you think canon selphy print would last a long time? Or do you think it will eventually fade after a few years? I am contemplating buying it because the pictures I will be printing are for my first baby’s baby book.
Thanks for watching Karen! I love it too! Especially when I get to drag everything out, work on a couple of spreads and watch a good movie with a hot cup of coffee!! :)
I have always wanted to scrapbook, but it seemed so difficult. I love the idea of memory keeping cause I’m so dang sentimental. I might give this a try 😊
This is awesome!! I've seen people memory keep in a HP! I was looking how I could do it and your video pipes up! Thank you so much! Great tips! Can't wait to start
My planner starts in July but I didn’t get stickers in it and it was listed under the memory keeping. I appreciate how well you went through your process 😀 what were the HP snap ins for photos, I don’t see them on the websites.
I print at home either on my Canon SELPHY or using a regular printer with regular printer paper-it kind of depends on what I'm doing. With the SELPHY, you can create one of the templates in Project Life that has 2 images and it works out great! :)
I know you did this two years ago but I learned a lot and am anxious now to work on memory keeping! Thank you!

Yay!! I’m so glad I could help Sabrina!! 🤗🤗
Yes! This is what I am looking for. And now all the big planners are sold. So, maybe I start in another kind of album. But thanks for the ideas 😁
You can definitely start in a different one! :) Thanks for watching!

I'm curious what you use to stick the pictures down on the sheet? Will a glue stick work or should it be something else? Thank you
I use Tombow double sided adhesive! You can find it on amazon!
Thank you for sharing. Lots of information and inspiration. 🥰

Hello! Where did you purchase your printer?! 😃🦋
Amazon! If I remember correctly, I linked it in the description box :)
@@AshleyAnderson Thank you! 😃🦋
Great tips. Thanks. New sub.
How did you print from the Project Life app? Did you print at home or send it out?
I print at home either on my Canon SELPHY or using a regular printer with regular printer paper-it kind of depends on what I'm doing. With the SELPHY, you can create one of the templates in Project Life that has 2 images and it works out great! :)
How big are the larger prints that you printed from the PL app? I assume that you printed those on your regular printer?
