I read that if your adrenals are not working properly or if you are worn out, intense workouts will hurt you instead of help you. Do you have any comments or advice on this with reagards to intense workouts?

However, if you are experiencing high levels of stress in your life overall, and you also try to do intense workouts that are physically and mentally demanding as well then it can lead to overwhelm and burnout. Best to do light activity when you’re experiencing a lot of stress in your life.
