Feel like the transfer process with Smart Switch has gotten more efficient and sophisticated. Was nice not having to enter in so many passwords this year on apps, with my new phone.

It took me 4 hours to complete my transfer using wired. Had nearly 512gig maxed to transfer to my S23 1TB.
@GregglesTV Congratulations on you're Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. I recieve mines today, February 14, 2023.
I had 497 videos, 8374 music file's, over 2000 pictures. Mine was a two step transfer. After the bar code scan and finished, I had to start the transfer process over for everything mentioned above. 4+ hours later. Was worried, both batteries were at 100% . My Fold3 was down to 16% and S23 Ultra was down to 60% at finished. Wired transfer!
I will check how long it will take to transfer my data and I'll let you know
What GB is your data size?
Bc u had a lot of app and pic it does take a lot of time to transfer
When can u put your sim card in?
To the new phone straight away before u turn the phone on

So I transferred all my stuff to the new phone. Do I now do factory reset on Old phone so I can have calls on new?
The S23 models sold in the US are locked to US carriers only, unlike past models. The only way to keep using your current device while abroad is through international roaming, NOT using foreign SIM cards.
(The Other Ways to Connect button is used if you're using an MVNO, but bear in mind that you cannot use overseas SIMs.)
I have the Sky Blue and it looks like different colors.
White? Silver, Lavender and Sky Blue. It's really that light blue. I haven't seen it in the sunlight yet, have a case on it already.
Did you leave your SIM card in your old phone whilst setting up your S23 Ultra using smart switch?
No. During the beginning of set up, it will tell you when to transfer the simm card.
I find the wire to work much faster. Its more accurate.
Are you able to put the s22 ultra case on the s23 ultra?
Hi yes you can But... the camera cut outs are too small and don't line up properly. Also depends on the case. If the case has one large cut out then should be fine
@GREGGLESTV Did you just call that charger fast charge lol Samsung & Apple have the slow charge lol especially when other cell phones charge wireless faster than apple & Samsung with wires lol

With all due respect, why are you yourubers showing the exact same set-up process for every single new samsung witch works exactly the same everytime? I do enjoy watching your channel with new feed but this is really boring. I mean try to show us something new, like in app reviews, dex, pc compatibility, new UI installation whatever.
People are dumb. Make us people with common sense look like Einstein.
People ask for the data transfer. Greg said it was boring.
I don't follow phones that much except when I am getting a new one, so it helps. I remember running across this sort of thing in the past, but it's been a while, memory fades, and some things have improved.
Sure, this not be something you are interested in but then you can just skip the video. I mean, this guy covers products I have no interest in (e.g., foldable, iPhone) but I can just skip those.
This, on the other hand, will be quite useful.
Not everyone follows all the tech UA-camrs is my thought. It would be helpful for the person who's searching and their algorithm to give them him. It's good for the views as well as whoever that searching person.
