-Easy Bake Oven is to hold the 8Track tapes
-Vent window was in every American and most British cars before 1970. They were vital in cooling and defogging before AC. Wish cars still had them.
-Dimmers were always on the floor button in the 60s and early 70s. European design started influencing the move to the stalk. I hate the stalk dimmers.
-I do remember a lot of the squeeze foot pump washers. They always failed after a few years as the rubber cracked.
Thanks for showing it. Ride happy.
If I ever buy a mustang, this would be what I would look for. Very nice.
Better have some serious cash lol. This is one valuable mustang .
Bring a big wad of money.
Beautimous!! My big brother had a white 1965 GT 289. I remember he said it had the “Pony Package.” The air breather was triangular. I can’t swear to it, but I think it said “Cobra” on it.
This was like 1976-78. I was 9-11 years old for me. I remember he showed me something on paper that only around 250 of his particular model were produced. It had the four speed and had the 289 “balanced and blueprinted” (whatever that means) while he was in college in California. It was very fast and a high cam. It didn’t like to idle. It really loped.
REV UP YOUR 1967 MUSTANG FASTBACK!!!
I don't have one 😭😭
Pete Rodriguez III 😭
It's a government ploy
Alex Colegate SURE IS!
Josiah Goins yep
A man after my own heart; you drive it!
Congratulations.
Coolest sounding motor, no offence to nature, but I love it more than the sound of the ocean surf!!!!
Same im saving up for just a cope for my 16th b day
Fantastic car! Great story! Thanks Tyler, Scotty, for sharing this!
👍Good video👍I was never a Mustang fan but I do know a quality car when I see it and this guy has one👍✌️Awesome job “Dad”✊
Very very nice car there sir. My Dad bought a wrecked one in the early 70's and we (me being about 8-10 years old lol) fixed it up. Then he SOLD IT!!!!!! I begged him to keep it for me but no dice. I've wanted another 67 fastback ever since but it just hasn't happened. Enjoy your sweet ride and be safe!
Dude, you need your own UA-cam channel, great content.
Life was so much simpler back then....Great car.
The 67 Fastback is nice but I love the 67 GT500!
The Eleanor bodykit RIGHT?
While i have 67 Mustang Shelby GT350R
Ive been subscribed to his channel since before I even bought my mustang, from going through his videos I got the idea of how I wanted my car to look. TKO Resto have great content on paint and restoration.
OMG_its_TexMex ! Thank youuu
tko resto oh damn just like in your videos you still reply....great job guys and Brent too. Need more uploads I know y’all have way too much work. More success to y’all in this new year.
Sweet Stang with an informative narrative. 🔧🏁
This is crazy super nice, learned a lot of great things, I wonder if anyone would want to see this type of video on an 08' bullitt 👀
wow. history in the making this car is/was.
I think that may be the most gorgeous Mustang I have seen. I still miss our 65 coupe. Wish I could have kept it. It was our first new car.
Beautiful car. Glad your keeping great care of it.
This was a great episode!!!
That Mustang was awesome!!!
It is heartwarming to see a young person driving and taking care of that cat.
Nice example of a Stang, never seen washer squirter's like that.👍
Mustang is my favorite car. I currently own my third one, a 2006 coupe. My first car was a '65 convertible w/289 v8 and I had a '69 Mach 1 with the 351. This '67 is beautiful and AWESOME. Thanks Scotty and Happy New Year.
Very nice mustang! I have a 64 Fairlane myself and I love it!
I'm 20 y/o and this is my absolute dream car I hope to buy one day, If I'm very picky, a black one I can wash and polish for hand in my free time.
Oh, yes, it sounds like symphony! 💓
What an iconic car, with iconic stripes and iconic vents and iconic turn signals and iconic emblems. ICONIC!
She is a beautiful car lucky man.
Beautiful car man great to know that he passed that on to you cherish it and enjoy
The downvoters must be Chevy and Mopar fans;
Very nice car you have, keep it safe!!
Man, what a gorgeous piece of American History. Love the channel Scotty, thanks for featuring Tyler and his incredible Mustang.
This is definitely the Best looking Mustang ever heck it even looks better than the 2018-2019 Mustangs.
Gorgeous Stang, glad to see a young man taking care of his ride. :)
A red head that squirts..... awesome!
Finest red head I've ever seen
Miss my 66 289 Mustang, it wasn't a fastback but it was a great car. Thank you for sharing this with us.
Great review. I learned some things today ! Also got a kick out of your renaming of car accessories ie: The Easy bake Oven ! Good place to put your McDonalds fries on the way home lol !
I don't even like Fords but I like that! I wish he'd show the hood blinkers in action cause I in fact have never seen that before.
It's very beautiful
For only a small price...
You kidneys
A beautiful example of an era I fondly remember. The 1st Mustang I drove was a '68 fastback with a 428.
I like the 67 but I love a 71 with the lowered front end
i have a weak spot for the 71-73
Is it a Mach 1 ?
nice job on the fast back. I drive a 70 coupe. copper sunburst bottom and a black vinyl top. power is a 351w stroker out to a 399ci. 10 to1 comp ratio, comp cam , roller lifters and rockers, brodix heads, balanced, quik fuel carb. comp extreme energy cam . pretty radical. sounds bad. made 500hp on the dyno. 4 wheel power disc brakes, modified AOD tranny. 8" posi. 16" rubber, Hooker competition ceramic headers w/2 1/2" pipes . driven daily. keep them old mustangs alive.
What a beautiful, mustang and great video to begin 2019.👍
Rew up that mustang. 😉
wooooow thats a PERFECT restoration, i love that no additional part wee done everything is ORIGINAL
Hi Scott. Can you do a video on barracudas please?
BEST feature car video on this channel yet, hands down. GORGEOUS car, and the most complete information about this car found in any video. GREAT JOB!!! AAA+
That horse is a beast 🏇.
Mopar can eat that Mustang then and now look at Bulit and todays hellcats.
