    Harees, jareesh (Arabic: هريس), boko boko, or harisa (Armenian: հարիսա, romanized: harisa) is a dish of boiled, cracked, or coarsely-ground wheat, mixed with meat and seasoned. Its consistency varies between a porridge and a gruel. Harees is a popular dish known throughout the Arab world.

    Ingredients for preparing Emirati Harees
    English
    Mutton 1.5 kg
    Whole Wheat 400 gram
    Salt 2 tbsp
    Olive oil
    Water 2 litre
    Cinnamon stick
    Bay leaves
    Preparation:
    For making Emirati Harees, First fry mutton and add soaked whole wheat to it, cook for 1 hour, then add 2 tbsp salt. After that cover and cook for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes add cinnamon stick and bay leaves. Discard the bones and blend it with blender and serve it with olive oil

    مكونات تحضير الهريس الإماراتي
    عربي
    لحم ضأن 1.5 كجم
    القمح الكامل 400 غرام
    ملح 2 ملعقة كبيرة
    زيت الزيتون
    ماء 2 لتر
    عود القرفة
    أوراق الغار
    اعداد:
    لصنع الهريس الإماراتي ، يقلى لحم الضأن أولا ويضاف إليه القمح الكامل المنقوع ، ويطهى لمدة 1 ساعة ، ثم يضاف 2 ملعقة كبيرة ملح. بعد ذلك يغطى ويطهى لمدة 3 دقائق. بعد 3 دقائق أضف عصا القرفة وأوراق الغار. تخلصي من العظام واخلطيها مع الخلاط وقدميها مع زيت الزيتون.

    الهريس الاماراتي کی تیاری کے اجزاء
    اردو
    مٹن 1.5 کلو گرام
    پوری گندم 400 گرام
    نمک 2 کھانے کے چمچ
    زیتون کا تیل
    پانی 2 لیٹر
    دار چینی کی چھڑی
    تیز کے پتے
    تیاری:
    اماراتی حارث بنانے کے لیے سب سے پہلے مٹن فرائی کریں اور اس میں بھیگی ہوئی پوری گندم ڈال کر 1 گھنٹے پکائیں پھر 2 کھانے کے چمچ نمک ڈال دیں۔ اس کے بعد ڈھانپ کر 3 منٹ تک پکائیں۔ 3 منٹ کے بعد دار چینی کی چھڑی اور تیز پتے شامل کریں۔ ہڈیوں کو پھینک دیں اور اسے بلینڈر کے ساتھ ملا کر زیتون کے تیل کے ساتھ پیش کریں۔
