HAREESA RECIPE هريسة وصفه الهريسه
INGREDIENTS
2 PCS CINNAMON STICKS
5 PCS CLOVES
4 PCS CARDAMON PODS
1 TSP CUMIN SEEDS
500G LAMB W/ BONES
2 CUPS SOKED WHEAT GRAINS
MELTED GHEE OIL
GRINDED SUGAR OR HONEY
RECIPE
1) In a pot with 3 liters water on high heat, add spices strainer (with cinnamon, cardamom pods, cumin seeds, and cloves), lamb meat with bones, and cook for 1 hour.
2) Remove spice strainer and bones from meat.
3) Add 2 cups of soaked wheat grains and cook for 2 hours. However, keep checking every 15 minutes to avoid the wheat from sticking.
4) Keep smashing wheat with a spoon till smooth. If not smooth, use hand blender to make smooth.
5) Serve hot in a bowl, drizzle ghee oil on top, and sprinkle either fine sugar or honey according to taste.

I am a Saudi female lady amateur chef that cooks authentic quick Middle Eastern dishes. The authentic Arabic Food with Arabic ingredients in our everyday lives. Some of our dishes are fused with other Arab & Non-Arab countries. Most of these dishes are popular during religious holidays such as Ramadan (fatoor, sahoor, iftar) when fasting or Hajj seasons. The end result you will learn the techniques in order to make tasty, fun and easy dishes for anyone to make. I always strive to get the perfect yummy taste and blend of food flavors. but best of all, I love sharing.

I love harees, but so sad we don't have here in Philippines, my employer teach me how to cooked hareesa but more thicker, after i learn how to cooked i always cooked hareesa and my employer appreciate a lot, one one of my favorite also is maqloobah, the one i always cooked before when i was in bahrain, i love all you video madam. hi eman ,it's me again,,,hehe. by the way I have an idea if u can make a video about how u play with ur child,,,I know this channel is for food, but just curious how's Saudi woman educating their child, how they bond each other. as me so many times I got mad with my two years son, sometime I pinched him,,but I see u, u look so patient!
lol thank u! the most important advice i can give is teach them responsibility, dont order them bc no one likes to be ordering and make them feel that you trust them. so instead of saying go brush your teeth say what do you do when you first wake up? use the concept of stars for rewards, its very powerful! good luck 😉👍
