If the seller agrees to pay the closing cost is the total known before the closing? My sister is selling her home and I think her realtor is not being upfront with her. He told her it is normally 3% but now it can be up to 5%!! The home is under contract for $420,000.00. Closing is set for June 21st but she doesn't know the time or place. I guess the buyer has a couple of technical issues with his home before he can close. She has been dealing with a total carnival during this process. Also, are we related? lol
No, we aren’t related LOL. Great name tho! I don’t know what state your sister resides in or is selling her home in and it varies from state to state. It sounds likes she on track for closing though!
@@LindsayHartRealtor I'm taking your a professional realtor, your books look like a very good resource to have. I'm 64 years old and the only house that I lost money on was the one my first wife took from me, no more, my wife and I own two homes and we have two adult children so looking forward they will inherit them. The American dream of owning and supporting a home is quickly disappearing. Did hit the like button, forgot when I was here the first time. Thanks.
Are you the one that has a $1,400 Tahoe Payment?
Hahahahah. No
