NASA has done some amazing things. The problem is it was government funded by the same kind of bureaucrats in this video. Space X is NOT, so they are not restricted by the same unintelligent decision making that plagued NASA. Given the same time frame as NASA, Space X WILL be on Mars......at least.
Other three letter agencies, I agree, NASA, no. NASA was defunded by Obama. Even prior received less than a penny per tax dollar.
