There are so, SO many people in FFVII like this. Take Hollander for example, from Crisis Core. He decided to try and make a supersoldier, but something in the genes went funky and instead caused one of the subjects, Angeal, to commit suicide via his protege slashing him to bits, and the other, Genesis, to start crumbling to dust at the ripe old age of 25. After a series of stupid decisions that led to him nearly getting killed, he's forced to take some of Genesis's cells into him to heal, but that also speeds up his demise at a far faster rate than his son's. Especially if it is full-auto and has a large ammo capacity. Using bazooka against crows is a pretty much literal incarnation of a Russian saying “shooting sparrows with a cannon”.

I'd say the "killed by stupidity" part for Joker came when he injected himself with the mutuated Titan formula in the previous game, given that pretty much everyone else who'd taken it died or became incoherent rambling monsters with zero capacity to tell jokes. If you want a "killed by stupidity" case in Arkham City, look no further than Hugo Strange. He's smart enough to figure out who the Batman is and captures him without his equipment to throw into his giant prison city instead of using his brainwashed soldiers to execute him, exactly as he tries to enact the most complicated part of his plan by engineering an armed turf war to justify genociding the entire criminal population. All this, he is able to do because of the assistance of Ra's Al Ghul, who is the Head of the League of Assassins and the closest thing to a Father-in-Law that Batman has. Somehow, knowing all this, this "genius" is not smart enough to see the inevitable double-cross coming.

You could also consider the occasional fun outing, such as an annual baseball game, or perhaps up to the mountains for a weekend of skiing during the holidays? It kinda sounds like the dialogue of an old audiobook, which makes some sense, since it stands to reason that that's the kind of voice actors and workflow they might have used before RE was a famous big-budget franchise.

The voice acting was terrible, but some of the lines never should have been replaced in REmake. 'Jill Sandwich' in particular. It is entirely realistic and relatable to react to the stress and tension of a close call like that with a joke, even a terrible one.

After a few years, he goes to find someone who he needs to stop his degradation, who unfortunately has very protective mentor, also known as Zack Fair, the game's protagonist. Instead of running away like a reasonable person whenever a superhuman fighter with an egregiously large sword approaches you, he tries to fight. To no one's surprise, he gets defeated. >armed with a bazooka, managed to lose a fight to some crows
That’s because a bazooka is not the kind of weapon to use against swarming, small, fast, FLYING targets. You are more likely to blow yourself up and/or cause a ton of collateral damage than actually do anything to the birdies.
A shotgun would do much better. Especially if it is full-auto and has a large ammo capacity.
Using bazooka against crows is a pretty much literal incarnation of a Russian saying “shooting sparrows with a cannon”.
Exactly. He'd be better off using the thing as a club than trying to fire it at birds. Why even bring a bazooka on this mission in the first place considering what they were expecting? Though maybe Wesker told him to, and he didn't mind looking for a chance to use it.
You know I think this is legit the first time I've heard someone talk about the FIRST House of the Dead game rather than House of the Dead 2. And to add in my own two cents, even though it didn't result in his death, Dr. Loboto from Psychonauts. Created a laser powered by brains, proceeds to be shot out a window by one of his lasers that was powered by the brain of his assistant's talking pet turtle that Loboto constantly threatened to cook so she'd do what he said.
Minus the torpedoes, supposedly Tesla (who Dragic is largely based on) did create little remote controlled boats. He then used them to troll people.
Also according to the red dead wiki, Dragic planned to make an army of automatons and use them to take over the world, so it's even more ironic that it killed him.

One more: Dr. Clark aka Para-Medic from Metal Gear, let’s resurrect one of the deadliest soldiers ever and subject him to horrifying experiments to make him even deadlier, no way that will end badly.

Don't worry, dude/lady, you're not alone there. Mark Hamill's amazing voice brings wonders to millions of people. It's too bad after Arkham City, Hamill isn't returning anytime soon to be the Joker, since The Joker's dead... I mean, Hamill played The Joker in the Batman Beyond tv movie "Return Of The Joker", which took place decades after the end of Bruce Wayne's run as Batman, and there was a new Batman. And it turned out, Tim Drake, the 2nd Robin was the "new" Joker. After spending years being directly affected by Joker gas, it messed with his mind. But this time, really was the end of the Joker. And sadly, Mark Hamill's portrayal as The Joker. But, at least we have his immortalized performances AS The Joker. Something nobody can take away from us, people who enjoyed Mark Hamill's amazing Joker voice. He bought so much life to the character, even when The Joker was dying in Arkham City, ironically enough. Even when he was playing someone other than The Joker, he bought similar energy to other characters. Sure gonna miss The Joker, along with Mark Hamill's performance as The Clown Prince Of Crime... well, as long as you have the memories of the 2 Arkham games, and the memories of Mark Hamill's performance as The Joker in both games, I think you'll be alright, dude/lady.

Joker: Do I look like a guy with a plan?
Joker always has a plan, we just aren't broken enough to see the world fragments in the way that he does to know how the plan works.
Just realised that wesker quote from Resident Evil 5 totally ignores Code Veronica.
He meant the Spencer Estate where Jill disappeared as Wesker took revenge on Spencer (before Chris and Jill could apprehend Spencer - the entire part with Jill's reveal as his controlled 'underling' is him mocking Chris about it). That event played out a few years before RE5 (one of the DLC stories is about it) and a few years after Code Veronica. It is a little tricky when first hearing it tho
10:07 At least they managed to find room for a guitar
A bit Savage of a roast, but you can include ALL of the Hylians in Breath Of The Wild. I'm pretty sure if anyone has played Breath of the Wild, that one's pretty self-explanatory
I know right
The only reason Dr. Ivo 'Eggman' Robotnik isn't on this list is because Sonic always saves him from getting killed by all the allies/his creations that always turn on him.
