Thank you :). Yes I have different curl patterns and yes front curl pattern is wavier than the rest of my hair :)
I am so glad that I tried the Garnier Fructis after seeing your video on it. You are so right about it helping with detangling. At 17 weeks post, using this with the TreSemme Naturals conditioner to detangle has been a life saver.
your curl pattern looks like 4b like mine and we both are also tender headed, that's one of the main reasons why i follow you. Thank you, you've helped me so much.
I'm 6 months into transitioning to go natural. Just found your videos . Great information ! Thanks!!!
I am now officially addicted to your vids! You have a great personality and are very informative. Keep the vids coming!!!
Thanks Chantelle I am soooo lost when it comes to hair types and texture :)
We missed you for some time! Thanks for this reminder video, it really does help. I still have not mastered detangling, so I only do it when I'm in the shower and my hair is drenched in conditioner.
Thanks rondia! Ananijosie just commented about that as well, I had no ideal about that. Thanks
I love that fructise sleek and shine!!! and the moroccan oil one too!
Thanks :) I usually Just bun it. But after this vid I flat ironed it :)
This video helped me lots. I have very thick coarse curly hair but my daughters is longer and of course little kids get more tangles. I too, love love love the fructis sleek & Shine but was banned from using it because of the scent. A lady at work has complained and made it a scent free workplace and they thought I was wearing perfume! Turned out it was my fructus! I've been very frustrated finding a similar product. Keep up the good videos.
Thanks :) I had no idea about my curl pattern. Yes I HATE being tender headed! Thanks for watching :)
Your natural curls are so beautiful. I'm with you on the stretch. I'm going for 8 or 9 months this time.
Good choices on background music on your videos. Very classy, and not intrusive or distracting.
You really didn't look a hot mess at all! Just au naturel. Thanks for all the detail you put in, really informative video.
Seriously! Wow your fast! Glad it worked out. Thanks for letting me know :)
Thanks Ananijosie! Really I did not know that.. Thank for telling me :) Yes it smells sooo good
thanks for the video. i was natural for 3+ years and i decided to texlax, i was thinking about transitioning again because the two textures are annoying, your page gives me hope. because i'd gotten lazy since adding the relaxer back to my hair. i have hope again!!!! thanks, i think i'll keep the texlax
I'll have to try it with the TreSemme Naturals Conditioner :) Yes that is the best detangler ever. Thanks :)
just tried this method & it worked out great .. thank you
Thanks Mblessed.. I got caught up with Christmas, Family ETC.. You know how that goes :)
Thanks :) I flat ironed it :)
Awwww Thank you :) I hope that this vid will help you a lil :)
I know right :) Thanks for watching :)
it looks like a soft 3c/4a with maybe some 4b in. you won't know unless you go fully natural, but gosh your hair is gorgeous, natural or relaxed
Thanks I am going to pick up some of that stuff! Let me know how that goes too :)
I'm so happy it worked out for you :) YAH!
Yes I love love love that stuff! :) I have to try the moroccan oil!
you sound like Mahoganycurls lol
I was thinking that same thing....
Thank you :) I am going to stretch for a year and If the stretch goes good, Then I will be transitioning. Thank you so much :)
Thank you so much for this vid. I detangled your way (in front of the mirror on wet/damp hair w/ a detangler & I little lost half as much hair smh. My thickness and length thanks you !
Thanks Vee! I love your videos BTW!
It was like that for me too! But that stuff is amazing :)
You have really pretty texture, I didn't even notice you didn't have a relaxer in 6 months
I am 7 months at present, I usually go 7 or 12 months post then I relax. But I am seriously considering no longer relaxing. I have below bra strap length hair. My hair is still thick and no damage, I usually keep it braided up due to weather in Florida...I just wanted to try something different (like I usually do). So I am looking for more pros and cons for when I move past the 1 year mark of no relaxer...if I even decide go past a year, just watching to see how others deal with their transitioning hair.
Aww Thank you :)
you look like you have a 4a hair texture very nice! great video
Hello i was just watching you video and i love the way you detangle by the way i have been 2 years natural and love it your curl pattern looks like it can be between a 3c and a 4a good luck with your journey!
Thank you :) and Good Luck on your stretch! We in there together :)
Thank you :)
Wow my hair looks the exact same texture as yours! I'm transitioning now :)
Loved the video! I've never thought about using a smaller comb to get the shedded hairs out... I'm DEF updating my detangling routine! Thanks for the vid! And also How often do you detangle?
Your hair texture and mine looks the same.....Lol and I don't know my hair curl pattern number either....Love the video thanks!
your natural curls are beautiful...
Your hair is looking great. Course you know once your relaxed ends are off your curl pattern will be different.
I WISH! But no It's just a jazz song :) thanks
Awww Thank you for your advice :)
Great detangling vid....I stretched for 10 months before I bc to natural...didn't have the patience...lol. you curl pattern changes once you bc and also with length..but u look like you could have multiple textures...3c/4a...all the best with your stretch...
Yes, cause hair would be definitely tangled and to hard to manage
The Garnier Fructise 3 minute undo dryness and the Garnier Fructise leave-in are also great for stretches...I'm on my 9th month. Not quite sure yet how long I'm going, but I'm sure my hair will let me know. Nice tips.
lol Well I'm testing it out first and if it goes good after a year I will transition :) Love your "CHILD" lol that just made my day :)
Awww Thank you so much :))))
I use the sleek and shine serum to detangle also
Great tutorial.... I've been missing you where have you been with the videos lol...
It's great !
People are just guessing at ur curl pattern ...there is no way to tell until you cut off all ur relaxed ends and more than likely it will be a combination ......relaxed ends weigh ur hair down n so do products n water ...beautiful hair tho
I am going to stretch for a year and If the stretch goes good, Then I will be transitioning.
very helpful and informative !
Im pretty sure it's a mixed texture because they say no one has just one texture but predominately 4a
Is that a peanuts song in the background? I like it. Great job on ur stretch!
I got it from BonBons Cheveux Online
I love your videos! How do you usually style your hair after you air dry it?
Your hair is beautiful! I am relaxed but currently almost 3months post and it looks like we have the same curl pattern! Do you have various curl patterns throughout your hair because I noticed the crown area looked a lot looser?
Thank you Missdelicious1! That's exactly what I would say :)
Great video! Love your hair!
every 2-3 months
LOL I would! For real :)
Looking good! And it looks like you arouns 3c/4a. BUtt honestly... my curl pattern didnt really show till i cut off the texlaxed ends. ANd allso mine has gotten alot looser with the longer it has gotten so you really wont know what it actually until you cut it LOL...and I used to use the garnier serum when I was relaxed too! Love how it smells
I'm sure it will go well. All the best !!! :)
Your hair looks great!!! What did you do with your hair after this video?
You have pretty hair!!
Every time I detangle, I'm just paranoid that my hair is breaking off so much. I'm 5 months post, but I also have some texlaxed and some relaxed. My hair always breaks off at the point where the relaxed meets texlaxed. Sometimes I think maybe I should just go back to relaxed since it seems I just can't handle the detangling process. Sad
You sound like Nitraab!
I'm definitely gone try that garneir fruitis serum coz my hair takes 1 freakin year 2 detangle.
LOL It's not that bad once you know how to tame that mane lol :)
Let me know how your transition goes :) Thank you :)
Ohhh never mind. U answered it at the end lol. I thought ur hair was dry in the vid lol
Hii, just came across your page and your great! Do you always use garnier fructis to detangle? I'm on an all natural challenge on my channel, so i'm looking for a list of products to use after i'm done this challenge.
Your natural texture is very pretty - are you still transitioning to natural? Either way - gorgeous healthy hair!
You are in my opinion, a 3C, as far as hair pattern. Your hair seems to coil into curls. Nice hair! My daughter is natural and has your texture.
It's crazy I have both of those exact combs!
lmfaoo most people with thick coarse hair own one or both those combs.
right thats what i say some time
+camille sims
Maybe you can help. I'm not sure where to find those combs. I would especially like to get my hands on the black one.. Please help lol
Do you still use these products to detangle your hair today??
Your curl pattern is nice. It looks soft. Are you going natural?
4a, my hair is the same texture
BonBons Cheveux
With all that new growth do u also wash ur hair in sections like u detangle?
6 months?! OMG 12 weeks for me is hell ! Lol
How often do u flat iron your hair
I neeeeeeedddded this! I'm about 6 months my damn self & I don't think I've been detangling right. I'm loosing way too much hair. I do it in two sections in the shower with conditioner in it! With this much new growth would u suggest detangling it dry as opposed to wet??
Thanks for the video.
Why are you stretching so long ?
You have a 4a hair texture.
Your HAIR CAONT BE TAMEDDDDD. !!! LOL
Very lovely!
wait, just seen in in the video, I think maybe i'm being paranoid lol. I do think I've been getting a lot of shedding at the back of my hair though any tips to improve it?
are you going natural or just stretching your relaxers?
about how many inches of newgrowth u have here?
how long will you be stretching for?
approximately how much shedding do you experience? I seem to be getting lots lately and it's making me feel down :(
where did u buy that scarf?
I'm about 6mnths post also. You need to come detangle my hair. Lol
