I just used this method and I detangled my hair in 30 mins (I took a break halfway through). It usually takes 2 hrs and it’s always painful. I’m so glad I found this video ❤️ it was quick and painless.

My daughter's hair was matted and I thought there was nothing to do but cut it. This was the first video I found on how to detangle hair. I followed the instructions in this video and purchased the Aussie 3 min detangling conditioner. WOW!!!!! IT WORKS!!! I was able to detangle her hair so quickly, just as this video. Thank you so much for sharing this with us. It was a game changer. God Bless.
I have been using Aussie for a while now, and I was so surprised (but happy) when she said it’s the best hair product! I definitely agree, it works like MAGIC. Yes, it’s still a bit frustrating when I comb my hair. That will never stop. But Aussie makes combing so much easier. It’s like putting on conditioner without even having to take a shower. Of course, there’s also the conditioner. But I personally usually use the de tangled spray. I definitely also recommend it to any one else out there with hair that gets tangled very easily (like mine).
Edit: this stuff is seriously a MIRACLE!! I had matted 4c hair that was like a big ole loc and I was able to finger detangle it…it took over 2 hours 😣💪🏾but I didn’t have to cut my hair. See 4 below! Original: So 1. Yes you are RIGHT!! Ain’t nobody fault but my own. 2. I haven’t combed my hair under my wig in weeks…was in a ponytail and matted to the shape of the ponytail. 😮 (I didn’t even KNOW that was possible). 3. Just feeling discouraged with my hair in general as I have alopecia (20+years) but want to keep the hair I do have (was thinking I’d have to cut it). 4. 🙏🏾this works. Will update after I get some of this product.
I am a white, blonde-haired Baltic girl with mostly-straight hair. This video has still helped me understand my hair so much : this year, it has started getting brittle, textured, and matting. I have always been told that I’m Baltic so I need to remove the grease from my hair in order to look clean but I am beginning to understand the purpose and value of having hydrated strands and doing right by them. I appreciate you; thank you for helping me.
Love this! I'm a father with a daughter with really thick curly hair and I do my best but always looking for "healthy" tips and this helped a lot I also ordered these products right off amazon. Growing up black everything was heavy-handed detangling and leaving hair in dry braids for weeks, etc. So personally, some don't give good advice, but some take care of their hair in healthy ways that I prefer and think black hair should be taken care of in. Thanks again!
Just did this method and it worked like a charm!! In 20 mins my hair was soft and detangled! My store didn’t have the Aussie she used but I bought the regular conditioner, the large tub for only 9 bucks and my 2 week old matted bun melted!

My hair is very fine just because of genetics from my dad’s side. So detangling can become very difficult and damaging. Thank you for explaining the reasoning behind leaving the twists in while shampooing. I’ve seen it done plenty of times but you saved the day by explaining the benefit. fun fact; as a 14 year old who lives with a parent that doesnt have a lot of money JUST BRUSH IT BEFORE YOU GET INTO THE SHOWER once everything is done your just fine i have very thick hair and i dont brush it very often but when i do i brush it then wash it and everything is perfect you dont NEED any creams or sprays it just a waste even if it does work

Your hair basically was detangled with water. I’m not convinced this will work on my daughters hair which is much curlier and thicker than yours. I’ll try it though.
I slept over at my cousins house with my hair doqn. Usually that's not bad but then the next day I went to the pool and I couldn't brush it good. Then I went to sleep wth it down again and I just went to the pol today and now its a lot of big gynormous Knott's in my hair
Hi 👋🏾 I found your channel as I was looking for an easier method to derange my hair after having my knotless braids removed. I get them refreshed every 2 months. I use to detangle my hair in the shower and that would take about 40 minutes but was painful. This was far easier than doing it in the shower but it also took much longer. 1 hour and 40 minutes. I did a lot of finger detangling. Before using the Aussie product. The shedding of the older hair was still there. But was definitely less than my old method of detangling. The only question that I need to answer now is do I stick with my natural style for a while or have my stylist give me insta locs? I’m not looking for you too answer that but it’s more so a maintenance question that I’m pondering. Anyways thanks for the great advice.
Gurlllllllll lol I definitely know the feeling😄a love hate relationship w my natural hair...no one to blame but myself like uuuu said...Water does wonders thoooo...I have to wrk on my finger detangling thoooo frfr
Girrrrrrllll, I am so happy that I found you! My hair is exactly like this! I am about to cry, cut the carry on!! I don't want to cut my hair but dang, I used Stabilizer plus and let it sit all night! When it dried, I could have combed my hair out probably because it was super soft. Then I made a mistake of washing my hair in NONE moisturizing shampoo!! Why did I do that?! Now my hair feels like somebody put dried unseen bubble gum in my hair!!

@@reanna5573 Yes, I’ve been using it since high school. It will help tremendously!!! But try letting the water really get in your hair and see how much it softens and it’ll be a lot more manageable. They had witchcraft done to make that conditioner 😭 That is literally magic
My hair is beyond tangled it’s severely matted and has locked smh. 🤦🏽♀️
Same
Thank you God bless great information Cathy Anderson
When my hair tangles….it doesn’t play. Imma get that Aussie one but I feel like I want to try the L’Oréal Dream Length conditioner first cause honestly if I can’t figure this out, I gotta say goodbye to the crown
I beg your pardon, your hair is not 'matted'. I consider 'matted' to be actually matted... There's no problem with your hair.
I am ordering some of that Aussie ASAP!!!!
I haven't showered in 5 weeks due to mental issues and I've tried EVERYTHING to detangle it, and I'm abt to try what the girl in the vid did, if that doesn't work, I'm just just gonna shop it off that's it.
fun fact; as a 14 year old who lives with a parent that doesnt have a lot of money
JUST BRUSH IT BEFORE YOU GET INTO THE SHOWER once everything is done your just fine
i have very thick hair and i dont brush it very often but when i do i brush it then wash it and everything is perfect
you dont NEED any creams or sprays it just a waste even if it does work
I've been looking for a good detangler, I will try that thanks!💕
What if you can't separate your hair into sections because it's so tangled?
Saturate it under water apply alot of conditioner and slowly pull apart the hair while under the water!!! aussie does the trick
Thank you my daughter had very long and thick hair I will buy every single item lol❤️
This is good information Ty you helped alot
Thanks for watching, hope you subscribe
I had hoped that your video would help and I bought everything that you suggested, but it’s not working. I have super dry hair and instead of turning the heat on I had been sleeping with my hoodie on and didn’t even realize how it was for quite a few days. After watching your video I thought that it would work. To top everything else I thought that being white would make a difference. Any suggestions? It’s all in the back of my head 🫣 and my arms are so sore!
I had been ill for 2 weeks and jumped in the shower today without checking king my hair ...it was matted into one strand ... my hair is 3b/c and it have never seen such DENSE knots like I tried and tried but I had to cut a few pieces out .... I had so mu h hair shead and it took me hours .... the elrst worst in my life.... I had it saturated with my wet brush working with my fingers mostly .... just so sad and upset and I still have one HUGE ball in my hair I can't get out I could cry. My hair is waist length now and I don't wanna break it all off
I finger detangle every single curl starting dry, then adding moisture, everything else will make the curls stick together and stretch them out
Hi, I have 4C hair use this same conditioner and it would Never Ever untangle this MESS that way, it all depends on hair type
I love my hair but if I dont use an oil as a prepoo b4 washing then its CURTAINS 🤭
thanks for sharing

I be going longer than six days without doing my hair. My hair be beyond neglect. I just pour coconut oil over all of my hair for slip and finger detangle in sections.
Your hair basically was detangled with water. I’m not convinced this will work on my daughters hair which is much curlier and thicker than yours. I’ll try it though.
THANK YOU! This HAS TO BE one of the best detangling videos that I have seen!
Thanks for watching hope you subscribe ❤️

I personally would take a break in between protective styles to give your scalp a break, too much manipulation causes breakage
A problem I have is that anytime my hair gets even a little dryer it gets sooo much more tangled, how do I deal with that?
You’re hilarious lol. Give this a try and let me know.. hope you subscribe ❤️

I have 4c hair too and water always loosens my hair. I always am shocked by that lol. Great video.
Thanks babe hope u subscribe
@Jhayda Johnson do you use the Aussie 3 minute conditioner as well or a different one? I have thick 4b/4c hair and I’m looking for a conditioner with a lot of slip cause it takes me sooo long to detangle and I wanna do it quicker 🥲
@@reanna5573 Yes, I’ve been using it since high school. It will help tremendously!!! But try letting the water really get in your hair and see how much it softens and it’ll be a lot more manageable. Ik your struggles, I’m not lose natural anymore, I’m on my 4th set of locs lol. But trust me this provides GREAT slip, and get a detangling brush!!! The tangle teasers and work in medium sections. You’ll be moving fast.
@@Tech-nicallyBlack Ohh okay, thank you I really appreciate it😅
