James Hutton : Deep Time

This is the story of James Hutton, father of modern geology and the development of deep time. We are in Scotland to visit Siccar Point with a local geologist who describes Hutton's discovery.

Ussher's date of creation as stated at the start of the video is wrong: it should be October 23rd, not the 22nd (same as the date on which King Solomon completed the construction of the Temple at Jerusalem according to masonic tradition.)
