Hey John. Eventually I will make a video for that. I use high density foam cut to the dimension. I then make a hollow box for the foam to fit flush. I then make another side the exact same. I mirror them like a book with a hinge and use big set of clamps to squeeze it shut. Hope that helps.

You should wear disposable gloves. If get the dye in your hands, it’s a killer to get it off.

Great holster only problem is the finish is gonna wear on the gun really quick. Should have done a 2-3oz liner.
