Nice vid! I have been following you, I would want to get into Strenght and Conditioning, what resources (books, courses classes) do you recomend for learning fundamentals? Wishing the best from Chile
Hey man, thats great. If I am being honest, I do not love most books in the industry. Triphasic training was great, supertraining is supposedly a book that a lot of people love but its not my favorite, how zebras get ulcers and sapiens are great for understanding human evolution and stress response. Those two have been my personal favorites but they don't directly discuss fitness
How often should I incorporate this into my routine and how often should I change the exercises I do?

I do!
How many days I need work on my agility,footwork and plyos in a week?
Different for everyone but 2-3 is usaully good
Hey Matt how would you train someone who wants to go pro but is overweight?
In terms of weight loss, I would look at diet more than training. I would make sure you are getting enough protein, and monitor calorie intake.

Almost always total body 3-5x/week, occasionally upper lower doing each 1-3 times per week
