After 8 years out of the gym due to Rheumatoid arthritis, i have eventually got back in the grove, and the advice of warming up the shoulders this way was an inspiration for me as i struggle with my shoulders. I tried this warm up movement with two 2kilo weights this morning , and the difference inworking my shoulders was made a lot more comfortable, had a great back and shoulder work out this morning all because of Eddies warm up . Could you do a video of all warm ups for when training each set of muscle groups? I often hurt myself not warming up and the shoulder warm up seems to of helped.

consistency is key. My trainer got confused by me wanting a new weight/rep note card so soon - just because I did a full month of training every second day - which seems not to get done by many people.
