Just a tip use Hairspray and a hair dryer and it will stay in place do the style the way you do it and then hairspray and lightly blow dry it dry that's how I do my hair

okay so im new to styling my hair. i used to have strictly buzzed hair but am trying out the modern pomp. i honestly have no idea what kind of pomade to use since there are so many. i have very fine hair so what do you suggest in terms of the pomade i should use to still get the lift and hold i want? please respond
Hey dude, i have a "pomp" although different name here in UK, and tbh it really depends. Pomades can ranged from super strong (murrays etc) to quite light (black and white etc) there are 2 different types of pomades, water soluble ones and oil based ones, oil based are the classic greaser ones and are recomeable and generally have stronger hold, but are hard to wash out, water based are similar to gel and harden up but will wash out in one wash making them easier to use if you are not so comitted. In any case if u want to go for a more extreme hairstyle like him it would be easier to use stronger oil based ones but if u want a more modern and less shiny look try go for a wax, strong hold but not as greasy
