I’m listening to this bc I feel my chakra is blocked, I had a panic attack and bc it was so serious it drained me of my personality but my personality is coming back. Lately the only thing I’m having trouble with is finding the love I used to have for ppl. I feel like there still a hole there. So I’m using this Chakra to help me recover.

I am going through something similar. A hard pull has been going on for years and I just learned that in order to ground you must treat your heart chakra. So much reaserch is needed to be done by me for me. We live we learn>this is only temporary on earth. Only for right now. Love what you have while you have it.

I’m working with my chakras, tomorrow is my last day focusing on my heart. I lost my mommy 11 months ago, and i didn’t realize i tried so hard to suppress my grief until the work I’m doing. I’m glad I’m balancing them, out off the lower chakras to the heart this is the hardest so far. Facing myself , raw, and just acknowledging my pain and loss, and nurturing my heart center. I send. I just lost my grandpa, the kindest, purest, and most beautiful soul i've ever known. I haven't processed the last 3-4 deaths properly and am worried. You arent alone, Im constantly told Im handsome and more importantly a good man..yet despite this I cannot seem to find love from women, they always tend to disappear from my life without so much as a word. It doesnt matter what i say or what i do, how much love i show them (or dont show them). I try very hard look within myself and understand where Im going wrong. Suddenly I find myself in a place where I cannot be happy, somehow i find myself in a place where many people act like they could never do me harm..And this would bring me to a place of blaming myself and hating myself, a state of mind where I deem myself unworthy and sometimes even that spirals out of control, but someway, somehow, i find the courage to pick up all of my shattered pieces, sometimes i even catch myself before i begin to fall apart..i then realize, its not always my fault and that its my job to sort through my emotions and to sort through what it is that i might be doing wrong..sometimes there is no answer, alot of times the people you seek love from dont have love themselves..you are not alone, none of us are and if we are, if you are truly a good soul--be mindful that you ARE worthy of love. Also dont feel like you always have to be the greatest person, that leads to more suffering, acknowledge your emotions, acknowledge that one is perfect, allow yourself to be human in that moment and then move on. It actually works! I had a few triggers and started drowning in heartbreak and negativity. My heart felt heavily crushed as a result. It was difficult to breathe. I played this video. Somehow I fell asleep for a few hours. Had a bizarre dream 🤔 When I woke up the heaviness on my heart was gone! I've also noted my triggers. Will definitely try this again later. Thank you 🙏🏾

This is my cockatiel's go to soundtrack. It really calms him, is stabilizing and grounding for him. It helps him transition from an active mode to a quiet mode. If I play this for him and sit quietly with him before I leave the house, he is fine with me leaving and says "see you later" back to me when I leave, if not he screeches for me to come back. He's still young and I think needs help with making these transitions, he does not want to be left in a house with the energy of commotion in it, he wants to be left with stillness and serenity. I believe that heart vibrations are the most grounding for birds, that it is their natural home vibration whereas for humans, the root chakra vibrations are most grounding since we walk around on the earth and if we sit on the earth we are directly connected root to root and this sitting on earth posture is our most still and serene place. Root chakra vibrations are scary for my bird and I suspect all birds or at least non-predator birds. Thank you for reading my story, I hope you are feeling all the love that is there for you today.
I was so happy to read about your bird and his preference for heart chakra meditations! I love observing my cat’s reactions to different meditation music. She really vibes to 432 hz which is the frequency of the heart chakra, but I also have played things like shamanic drumming, and that brings out the primal hunter in her. She also has anxiety when home alone. I will try playing heart chakra meditations for her 💚
Loving-kindness towards ourselves doesn’t mean getting rid of anything. It means we can still be crazy after all these years. We can still be angry after all these years. We can still be timid, jealous or full of feelings of unworthiness. The point is not to try to throw ourselves away and become something better. It’s about befriending who we are already.

🌟 I pray you find the peace and healing that you need. I highly recommend starting with healing the root chakra and then moving to the sacral, then solar before reaching the heart. Energy that is trapped in the dorsal cavity of your root chakra can tamper your ability to keep your heart chakra open once it is aligned. Think of it as cleaning before applying fresh paint.

All I could see was green and blue light while meditating
I don't know how to love myself. As soon as I wake some negative conversation going for others within me. I want to know if these kind of conversation going inside me that means I don't love myself? Because some people cheated me . There is a fight with that person going on internally. Please help and clarify as I want to love myself and enjoy my life.🙏
