May I encourage you to continue to listen to this healing music and possibly read also. There are some fantastic books out there. I would highly recommend Gabor Maté's The Myth of Normal (& hope this suggestion is met with peace). I’ve been listening to this every night for the last 2 weeks and it’s literally changing me on a cellular level. I’m drinking less, I’m eating healthier by choice, I’m less stressed. People that were toxic in my life have kinda left me alone and it feels really good! I’m doing a 30 day challenge to see how it raises my vibration and I already feel the changes!
Oh and I’m more motivated and have a clearer outlook on my future and what serves my highest good!

I've had anxiety my whole life. I've changed my relationship, friendships, finances is getting better, I'm moving in a few months and I've worked on less stress and less toxicity. I'm anxiety free for about 6 months now. My anxiety stopped after a year of daily healing. My next step is healing music, enough sleep, exercise, healthy eating. What you experience is what makes you feel...

We are so incredibly unique in our own ways but at the end of the day we’re all human. love for those who no longer know how. Teach for those who were claimed un-teachable. I have chronic pain. The worst is getting out of bed. This morning I was shocked, I was almost pain free. It is just my first night sleeping with this in my ears but I can promise you I will continue to use it. For the last 6 months I can barely walk when I get out of bed, I'm just amazed. I slept with this last night and it put me to sleep quickly. I had vivid dream about the person I'm trying to cut energetic cords with. Since they showed up in my dream I believe that means I'm releasing them. I will say I woke up and heard dog barking loud but there is no dogs around myself. So I think this music is doing something I don't fully understand but I think its good.

My life has begun a new chapter and I feel like this going to be one of the best chapters I’ll ever experience. I told myself I have to get rid of all the toxic people in my life even if that meant cutting off ties with some family members who I grew up with. I was savagely bullied for the majority of my life. I’m still struggling with finding success due to a lack of self confidence at the moment but my wife makes me feel strong. She’s my rock, my partner for life, the love of my life. She’s everything ❤️

It's strange. Every time a transition was made to each individual Chakra, I could feel a tingling / vibrating sensation radiating from that area and when it was focused on my Heart Chakra, I experienced a plethora of enlightening emotions. What an amazing experience this is!

I have such a hard time meditating because I’ve never felt connected with the universe but the music really helps and it’s the vibrations. When listening I get goosebumps and feel more connected then I ever have before. I’m so grateful for this thank you. The universe has a plan and it’s own ways of getting us towards our own journey and finally I feel that it’s my “time” and it wasn’t for this I’d still be be a lost soul… I still have a hard time meditating but I know it takes work and patience to get there but this is the best I’ve felt in years since I’ve started awakening to the reality of the world…

I was feeling pretty lousy for a couple of weeks. While listening to this last night I had very positive lucid dreams and woke up feeling revitalized. Today ended up being one of my best days in recent memory. 🙏
I had the most powerful dream in my 59 years of dreaming while connected to my cable-headphones overnight (last night) with this video. I would like to share it with you. I was crying profusely and surrounded by dozens of people when someone approached the group saying there had been reported physical healings all over the place because of "my crying". Then people in this small crowd started also getting healed from different physical conditions, but mostly people with cancer. Crowd started getting larger, more people healed. Then a big man (who in the dream was the proprietor of the place we were at) shows up with a "what's going on" attitude. I started slowly circling his pectoral area over his shirt with my bare hand... as he also started healing of "something", and then I grabbed him gently by the neck. He then coughed out a cancerous tumor to the ground... and he celebrated he was also healed. / I have been out of the religious structure for many years, although I have my spiritual discipline, exercises, knowing, and of course, my abilities, faculties or gifts. Now comes the next part... my interpretation of this extremely vivid dream. As I write this comment I am again connected to this video. I have never been a "kundalini" person, I was born totally awake, conscious. I even remember the moment I was coming out of my mother's womb, with every detail. Enjoy and have a wonderful day!

That is a beautiful and powerful dream. I’m confused about your interpretation tho. Didn’t seem clear. Curious so if you would please clarify i would appreciate it. My interpretation is when one being heals and comes back to wholeness and raises their vibration, it heals others around them…sometimes at a mass level.
That pain is lessened, the grief will lighten, your heart can rest for the night. Tomorrow can be a day that is just a little easier. Try speaking this to yourself "I forgive myself for all my faults and limitations". We all struggle, we all fall down, we can all pick up our spirits day by day.
You are enough!!! Don’t wait for when you think is a better time, because you don’t have everything figured out. Do what’s in your heart now. We got this!!! 💖✨💖

I realized that to keep fighting with someone that one has to be attracted to them. I woke up in tears over trauma received in childhood from a parent. I release all negative effects on me through those traumas. They are not allowed to go with me into the next decade of my life. Thank you so MUCH 🙏💜

I have a difficult time sleeping. This helped me sleep the entire night. I woke up refreshed and excited about the day. All day I felt like I had taken some kind of stimulant, but this was a natural “high”. Thank you!

An incredible sleep, my anxiety was vicious last night, this balanced me out before going to sleep. Even my cats enjoyed it they never left my bed all night…

I wish my cat could sleep with me. She was sleeping with me before until I started getting severe allergies and I had to wash all my sheets because they were covered with hairs. 😅🤣😂😭
