A wound that has been stuck with me over half my life was brought to the surface. I was able to acknowledge it, feel it, and release it. I listened to this for about 10 mins or so and felt an overwhelming feeling of love and peace. Been working on healing my inner child and let her know that she can trust me and that she no longer needs to feel the need to start any drama or throw any tantrums once something doesn’t go my way. My deep abandonment issues have pushed ppl away and it’s time for me to recognize this… it’s very hard to let go of the old self but I need to do this in order to move on with my new chapter. I love you, I forgive you. All is well. Ps: no matter how lonely you might feel right now just know that I’m somewhere in the universe sending you love and I don’t even know you but I love you. ❤️ you matter.

I've tried lots of guided meditations. I just can't get into any other than Jess sheppards. My favorites are the ones that are at least 3 hours long, to sleep by. Gratitude, healing your body. Chockura meditations, the twin flame affirmations. This heart chockura meditation is very good to sleep by. I'm pretty sure I'm dreaming about what I'm listening to. Thank you Jess.

Im all all alone in this world and old neari g the end of my journey, i came from parents who didnt love me, i have kids that dont either i never married and never experienced having someone love me, im physically ugly, Now im raising a grandson who doesnt love me either and i was hoping to heal, to find a source of comfort and hope, i awoke to talk of deeper connection with your partner something ill never have, bewsre of this meditation. If there is no perdin to love you in your life, previously i was healing by turning all the live thst i never recieved from anyone else and uding it to love myself ...this medition requires thst yiu have a not only a fruend but a partner,,,beware
