    no way, this is something I tasted when I was in japan and most people outside of Hokkaido have never heard of this dish
    i recreated it back home with the cooking with dog recipe and it was awesome, your recipe looks amazing as well
    just discovered your channel, I love it thanks for the cool content :)

    Yes, you need to pick up the Kombu within 3 minutes once the water is boiling, or the broth will be super fishy. Love Japanese food. Thanks for sharing
